It is at best an age of manufactured pandemics. The concept of a pandemic was radically revised in about 2010, completely altering the traditional, common sensical understanding. We have been entering an age of iatrarchy in which lifestyles that assault the human body, and in fact all living organisms, are implicitly promoted through the organisation of capitalism, paving the way for the unprecedented high-tech medicalisation of life from our conception. Anyone who closely studies the seminal texts of virology and immunology will discover that the scientific method as practised elsewhere has been abandoned.
