Awsome work! just remember that the essence of the liminal spaces are to shock you by the vast rooms they contain, not by screamers or monsters. The quality is great and you really managed to balance the sensation of lonliness and calm that the poolrooms have.
That ending is not neccessary. Just leave it as it is, its fine. Screw those kiddies who demand jumpscares and that stuff. Exploration is the important part. And that was awesome
@@krus180 Or... just here me out... I could make contructive advices while at the same time cheer for how awesome I think this video is already... you know, like an adult and not a whiny kid.
Super awesome video. When he went down the first hole the environments afterwards was really unexpected but unique. And the ending scared the shit out of me
The poolroom vids are some of my favorite videos because I know they’ll never make a gigantic building with pools just for me to explore. You should try an abandoned water park. That would be freaking cool. I’m obsessed with poolrooms so much, I’m trying to make music that reminds me of these places. Lol great job!!
@@SummerCherryyeah the idea about abandoned water park sounds intresting curently im working on a project and im thinking if i should add a space like that
This is amazing. Sometimes I just love to see the exploration side of backrooms/poolrooms, it’s a good break from the nonstop jumpscares and suspense. It gives you a more detailed look at this amazing concept, and also, you get to acknowledge the things that make the backrooms beautiful in a unique, and realistic fashion. You’ve earned a subscriber👍.
these videos are so cool! keep up the awesome work, you're by far my favorite backrooms related content and it's super cool to see another video this high quality! (edit: i just saw the ending and it's so spooky! the sound design at the end is really good😱)
Whisker Muffins, I jumped out of my seat at the very end. I knew there was going to be a jump scare the moment that glowing figure appeared briefly, but I still got jump scared anyway.
This was pretty good, I just have two issues with it. - The cameraman is walking way too slowly - The jumpscare at the end could have been reworked to contain a chase with more buildup of tension before it
ignore this person they are just one of the people who demand everything to be bad most backrooms things go to fast the pace was perfect and you dont even need a chase its way to cliché for the backrooms to have a chase in fact it would be best whith no entity at all
@@thec1one70 the backrooms was literally created with the implication that there is an entity. “God save you if you hear something lurking around, because it sure as hell has heard you.” Also you don’t need any found footage videos to be fast paced to be good, Lost in the Hyperverse has the perfect pacing and fully replicates how dangerous these levels were meant to be
Yep the skeleton entity very dangerous and rare I like it idk how to feel about the jump scare I think he should have got tackled by the skeleton entity because they are very aggressive
Loved the ending. LOL But also agree with the other poster, that the video would've been just fine without it, too. LOL I'd love to explore that version of the pool rooms on the Quest 2. Thanks for the video. :)
Only thing I noticed that could maybe be improved was the step noises seemed to imply they were shuffling or just taking really small steps. I don't know what your intentions were, but I think the walking was a tad bit slow compared to the sound effects
2:40 I'm surprised that you open the elevator and find the pools then go through the corridor wouldn't be be better for a reversed T shaped corridor _|_ then go through the corridor and you will see the pools
Visually consistent and good creep factor throughout. 🙌🏻 Personally, I just didn't understand the start. Like this person doesn't seem startled or confused etc waking up (apparently) in this insane situation, doesn't seem to read the labels on the walls and then the rhythm of the footfalls is totally off, sounds like stumbling. Maybe all of that is intentional, and if so, where's the story elements that make sense of these things?
Remember: If you reach the poolrooms, NEVER, **NEVER** go into dark zones, for any reason. There is no entities in the regular part of the poolrooms (no matter what some edgelords will say otherwise), but the darker part of the poolrooms is very dangerous, as seen here.
To be completely honest, the animation and editing was bad. Very jarring and random. HOWEVER, the designs inside the pool rooms were sooo well done. Especially the foggy area with the gazebo like structure.

It would've been more freaky if it was just the drop noise at the end but damn you really got me.

I like to imagine the poolrooms as a large skyscraper that gets dimmer as the floors decrease. This video perfectly encapsulates that

Pool division is growing around the World! Everth is Pool!
Jajajaja, fuck. Amazing place designs, I never thought about Poolrooms undeground areas.
Well, *_that_* was startling!
Just casually falling in a liminal YMCA hellscape. No big deal.
maybe an underwater video could be good we never know also the deeps of it

SPOOKY SPOOKY SKELETONS!?!?

I do not like the backrooms version with the entities it takes away from the dream state you have while walking through a maze of random rooms etc

Cheap jump scare, good work otherwise.
That jumpscare got me good. But was it a different monster than the one depicted at the initial foreshadow? Didn’t see that coming
Awesome.
...but f*** this final jumpscare...
I want to go to there...❤
