I would recommend you to try ttsopenai, but if your channel is monetized and earning then you should definitely invest in it and get the best service available for voiceovers that is elevenlabs.

Yes, absolutely! I have noticed a drop in quality. But you can overcome that by adjusting the clarity of the audio in a software like audacity.

Tbh i dont think it'll be fixed. As they are running a business and their 1080p export is locked under paid subscription
