I saw it commented on Plumbella's recent video, but someone asked about creating a shell and then renovating it through the years. I thought it sounded so cool! Like you would start with a 1900's house and then renovate it to a different time period and rinse and repeat. Ex: Build a house assuming it was built in 1900 and then renovate to 1920, 1950, 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020 etc. as if you have new owners.
I think the first SimsTuber to do that was Syd Mac, but I’m not sure I just know that she’s the first and only person I saw do it so far…but I still want to see other Simmers’ take on this challenge 😊💖
Erratic trait for sure. But it makes you think why do we not have an identity switch trait or something. That would be cool, you can give them maybe 5 other traits and daily they get randomized.

Like Honeymoon (Mediterranean 60s), Lust for Life (Psychedelic Woodstock Hippie), Ultraviolence (90s crunge), Born to Die (Americana), Chemtrails (Country/Southern Old Money) Maybe combine both Lana and Taylor that seems fun too
