- Some old samplers, of course, vintage patterns worth saving, more family history tidbits, a Swedish sampler, and a possible new start. Oh, and two sampler "unframings" from video 2. I think that's about it.

The vintage samplers and items from northern Europe you show us are so very wonderful to see. I get so drawn into your presentation. I feel like I have been on a journey.
Thank you so much for your kind words.I am so happy you found some joy here in my little world 😍
Birgit, I just loved watching your videos. The history that you share is so fascinating, the vintage lace, patterns and stitching was gorgeous. Your samplers are awesome. But my favorite has to be hearing you speak German for your heritage pieces. It really brings the whole world of cross stitch together. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you so much! You are so welcome...I will have some comments about the German thingi next time 😁
I loved watching this video so much. Thank you for sharing your treasures with us. Your family lace is unbelievably gorgeous, you should try to display it, a shadow box with an antique velvet background would be lovely.
Thank you so much! Great idea! 😍
Wow! I’m so glad I had time to watch today. Learning about the old samplers was amazing. The last one you showed was so different from front to back (colors) it certainly demonstrated what sun and time can do. Seeing the way each was put in the frame was also a learning experience. I now my maternal grandmother or her forebrearers stitched, I remember a few pieces that hung in our living room, but we lost everything when our house burned in the early 1960’s. Thank you for the wonderful information you share. And thank you for showing the entire pieces the close ups. 😊
Thank you so much! I am sorry about losing all your belongings in a fire, that is such traumatic experience 🤗 I hope to see you next time!!
Your lace collection is so beautiful! I enjoy all your history and stories you share! I was anything but bored watching you open those wonderful old samplers out of their frames! I especially love Margaret Saunders. Also the Tindale girls, Mary Smith, and oh Mathilda Manson!!!! That purple!!!! Like you, I would have to have both color ways! They're both gorgeous! Thank you so much for another wonderful video!!!
I'm so glad you had a good time. I do really enjoy what I do. 😍
Thank you so much for showing us your precious pieces and the information about them. I found it all fascinating. 🇦🇺
You are so welcome!
Birgit, thank you so much for sharing some of your family history with us…what interesting stories, but also sad 😢. The laces were so delicate and lovely. Your finished piece of the old barn in the trees you showed at 23:14 is just stunning! I agree that a close frame would be perfect for that. Such immaculate stitching! It was so exciting to see you open up the frames on those antiques…like unraveling a mystery. I literally gasped out loud when you turned over the Swedish sampler…what a beauty! On both sides! 😇 Great video!
Meline
Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it!
I loved your laces and the family history you shared. I've been teaching myself how to make bobbin laces for the past two years. It is such an amazing art! Thank you for sharing!
That is awesome! I love that you know how to make lace!
@@thewishingthorn I'm still very much a novice, but I'm loving the journey! :)
Loved looking at your vintage samplers. The back colors with the mulberry is my favorite!
Thank you so much!
My goodness I adore your collections!! I would use so much of them. They are wonderful to see. Thank you for sharing. ♥️🍃
Thank you!
Your Father Winter is just a beauty (additional competition or not)! Antique samplers that you shared (revealed the backs of) were amazing to see. Thank you!
Oh thank you! I'm glad you liked them!
The last sampler you showed (unframed) I gasped out loud at the difference in the color between front and back!! Both are equally pretty!! I could never choose!
I also have that Father Winter chart. I’m so thankful I was watching this Flosstube, as I found the chart in a thrift store (charity or second-hand shop). It is rather faded and my impression was that it was typical 1980’s to 1990’s, all muted mauves and “country” colors of that era. If I ever get around to stitching that chart I was going to change up the colors… now I’m not so sure, lol!! Thank you again for the history lesson and sharing these historic treasures! Looking forward to your next video!!
Theresa Wentzler pieces are a real commitment and her pieces are some of the few, I never changed the colors. You can still get almost all her patterns as downloads here: www.patternsonline.com/Patterns/List.aspx?PID=30
Once again another gem of a video you have produced. Always so interesting and informative. Thanks so much for the sharing of your expertise Birgit.
My pleasure! So glad you liked it!
When I saw the back of the Swedish sampler I almost gasped out loud. I’m not much for a purple color, but that was perfection. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
The Swedish sampler is a stunner! I am so glad you liked it.
Thank you for sharing your expertise. I gasped when you exposed the beautiful colors on the backside of the last sampler.
Oh thank you! That las one is a charmer, I was so surprised myself! Such royal colors....
Oh Birgit, I’m so glad to have found your channel, the vintage stitching stencils box and all those beautiful stitching cards are gorgeous, the samplers are delightful and I hope you will chart them, they are gorgeous. Thank you so much for this flosstube. Xoxo from Italy
Welcome!! So glad you are here. I just subscribed to yours! I love you knitting and love listening to you in Italian 😍 I always wanted to learn that language! Thank you so much! 😍
@@thewishingthorn aww thank you so much for all!! 🤗🤗💖💖❤️❤️
Just loved this video, Birgit, thank you so much! That sweater you plan to make is just gorgeous! Was so much fun to watch you explore your sampler purchases, especially as I am never likely to buy one myself! Fascinating to see all those old cross-stitch patterns you have too. I love the top set of threads you chose to stitch that exquisitely-stitched sampler you showed at the end. Am already looking forward to your next video! Take good care of yourself!
You are so welcome! It is actually kind of fun doing these videos, glad you enjoyed it!
Extremely interesting, Birgit! I am delighted that you are making flosstubes, they are fantastic!
Thank you! 😊 I really appreciate it!
Beautiful samplers! I really liked the Swedish sampler! That purple on the back just popped!
Thanks so much! That is a great sampler!
Thanks for another beautiful video! You're quickly becoming one of my favorite designers. I purchased three of your charts this morning and I can't wait to stitch them. The last sampler you showed from Sweden - OMG!!!! I don't know which colors like more. :)
Yay! Thank you! Well I have the perfect old version of that one already so I know I will send the back colors to the stitcher but wouldn't it be great to stitch it in small and large with the two colors? I may choose a tiny count for the back version....😍
I loved seeing your old lace from your family! Enjoying your videos so much. I have stitched P. Buckley Moss patterns the horse & Grandpa's House. I have collected 12 of the P. Buckley Moss Christmas ornament patterns years ago. Just started stitching them. Have always wanted to have a Christmas tree with hand stitched ornaments.
That is awesome! I have had stitched ornaments for a long time on the tree. I have a bunch of free ornaments in the freebie vault on my website. Enjoy and thank you 😍
Fantastic…so enjoyed your sharing of antique items what treasures you have….your family history German love hearing as I am German heritage(Schneider) maiden name now (Schaffhauser )! How fun seeing samplers coming out… whatever day you choose to do floss tube I will be there…I , also am not able to stitch as fast anymore but certainly enjoy the journey regardless 😘 the samplers you have are truly spectacular…have a wonderful week ♥️🤗🪡
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for your kind words! Seems like you and married German history 😄😍
Thank you for the new unveilings! Such beautiful samplers! It amazes me that some look almost the same comparing the fronts and backs, but others have faded a lot. If they are going to be made into patterns, it would be difficult to choose between the sister samplers and the final sampler. I would chose the lower three colors for the final sampler. Your barn and trees are beautiful. They would look wonderful in a new frame. The lace pieces are so delicate and lovely. Thank you for sharing a family memory, even though it was not a good time for your relatives.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate your kind words.
Loved seeing you take the antiques out of their frames and showing the differences of the fronts and backs!
thank you Colette! I appreciate it.
Thanks for another educational and entertaining video
Glad you enjoyed it 😍
Loving the history part of your video. The German lace is beautiful. It would be beautiful to have it framed. You could write up the history of it and put it on the back. On your Swedish samplers I love the back colors!
Thank you! Yes those back colors are yummy for that sampler
Yum on Mathilda’s colorway so! I like both best!
lol you are not helping hahaha. Thank you 😍
Enjoyed the unframing. So interesting to see them front & back and how the threads faded (or not). The Sister samplers are a favorite of mine too. But the last one with the purples. I think I would want to stitch it both ways! So pretty.
Your collection of heirloom laces are a treasure! I think I would want to frame the somehow. The white lace against a dark velvet background to show the lace details! ❤ Your sons might not be interested, but if they marry...maybe their wives would be. Plus, it's family heirlooms! Priceless.
thank you so much! Great idea with the lace!
I love tour unboxing of samplers its like christmas....
Haha sometimes it's disgusting what one finds hahaha. Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi, Birgit,
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your channel. It has been so interesting to hear about the history of your family and see the unveiling of your samplers. Thank you for taking the time to share your beautiful work and samplers. I have Harriet Charlesworth as a WIP and honestly have put her aside for a bit, may be making some color changes, so thinking that through first. Hope you have a wonderful Easter. Happy Stitching! 🧵
Thank you so much! I left you a message about your Harriet troubles. I would totally change away. I am not a purist, especially since the sampler hang in my home and have to ultimately please me and bring me joy when I see them. I would go and let you creativeness run wild! Most of all have fun 🥰😍🤗
hi bitgit….loved everything! the stories, the samplers, hearing u speak german. aside from ur skill as a stitcher, u really have a knack for being great on camera! i’ll look forward to seeing u next time. :)
OMG *blush* I took me over two years to work up the nerve to do this 😂🤣 I eventually had to tell myself I can't please everyone, to be myself and I just try and ignore the naysayers. Glad you enjoyed 😍
Birgit! Amazing to see the old samplers come out of their frames. Don't you wish that they could talk? Love seeing the antique stitching supplies and patterns that you have collected. Just a great floss tube and I will be looking forward to seeing more. I stitched the "When this you see remember me" It was a fun stitch and I enjoyed seeing it hanging in our first home. Living in a smaller cottage with not as much wall space so it is safely packed away.
Most of my stitched pieces are tucked away too. It is sometimes hard for me to decide what to hange and what to box up.
both of these are very pretty. The colors on Mary S’s still looks vibrant. 🥰
Thank you! 🤗
So funny…I just pulled the Butternut Road sampler out if my huge stash on Thursday! Will be a new start for me this month.
Wonderful!
This was a maz ing. Thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was a wonderful flosstube! I love the history thank you so much.
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed it
I was holding my breath as you opened the samplers. I would not want that responsibility but am so grateful to people like you who makes sure they are preserved for time.
I have a great great grandmother named Mary Jane Smith. That sampler is going on my wishlist. I also love the Swedish sampler. Both color ways are beautiful.
I used to own all the P Buckley Moss charts. Can you believe I destashed everything at one point?? 😮 It was all getting to be too much. I do have Grandfather's House half stitched. I am trying to get as many WIPs finished as possible in 2023 so maybe he will come back out.
Your barn scene is stunning!! It would look beautiful framed in something made of old barnwood.
I took bobbinlace classes when I immigrated and know how many hours of work are in your box of lace. What a precious thing to own of your family history!! They would be so pretty sewn carefully to fabric and rolled onto a long spool. I am doing something similar know with a stack of lace bands I stitched.
Happy stitching 🧵
Thank you!. I destashed a lot too, mostly the cutesy Alma Lynn, Fancy That and the likes. Great idea with the barnwood frame...I think I have one in the stash! Most of all thank you for the inspiration with the lace!
Yes bobbin lace is the name. I do bobbin lace myself. Yours is beautiful.
Oh wow, I think that is such an incredible skill/art. 🥰
What stunning samplers! I don’t know which version of the Swedish sampler I’d choose….perhaps the front but tough choice. Loved the history you shared & the laces are just gorgeous! What treasures!
Thank you Melissa. That will be tuff choice for anyone :)
I love your videos. Very interesting so I'm subscribing.
Awesome, thank you! I really appreciate that! 😍
Love your old laces - maybe you could frame them - to show them off - thanks for the unframing of those wonderful samplers - and what wonderful antique pieces you have thank you for sharing
You are so welcome! And thank you for the idea!!
The samplers are just amazing and I thank you for sharing. The last sampler where you showed the two thread palettes, I think it would be fabulous to stitch a sampler in both of your color selections. It would be hard to select just one in my opinion. How I have enjoyed your videos and I hope you will continue sharing with us on floss tube. Best Wishes and Happy Stitching, Norma in Boise, ID
Oh thank you! I agree when I had those colors laying there I thought the same, how could one ever chose!
I’m loving the unveiling of the antique samplers !! Great Flosstube! They are all just fascinating ! Can’t wait to see more. The box of old lace was so pretty, too. ❤️
thank you so much! I really appreciate you taking the time to watch 🥰
Once again perfect. So interesting!
Thank you!
Thank you for your fascinating history. I’m Portuguese decent and the Laces , Burda magazine I have one and I have tatting lace and some top sheets with embroidery and lace from my grandma, she taught Ed me how to crochet doilies with the finest threads . I still have my original one probably like 52 years ago since I’m 61. I also have my moms embroidered table cloths . I’m new cross stitch, but those samplers beautifully stitch. I would pick the top 3 floss threads with purple lavender as that is close to the colors of the sampler. That large sampler looks like maybe a horse in back house. I’m so amazed how well some backs stitched with no loose threads knots. ❤
thank you so much for sharing. Portugal is on my bucket list, so many things I want to go see there. I think it's wonderful that you kept so many histories from your grandmother. The purple sampler is perfection on either side!
Hello! New subscriber! I just wanted to say I've seen lace collars displayed on usually black velvet (I believe to really draw the eye to the intricacies of the laces) inside of frames, almost like shadow boxes and people have them hanging a the wall! They are gorgeous and definitely catch your attention! I have also seen strips of lace also displayed inside frames and shadow boxes running every which way, even some overlapping. There could be many ways you could display those like that!
I really enjoy hearing you talk about your family and the history of things. Not many people have the knowledge or experiences of life you have had, so yes, please do tell us more! I really enjoy that about you! As well as learning about all the other things you talk about and getting to see this and that! Thank you dearly!
One more thing, I think Dover has some wonderful historical books! I have a few I bought when I was a young adult, I was really into the Amish here in the US, and I also have some of their older books I did buy back in the 90s, so these books I have go wayyyyy back! Dover Publications IS still around, as well! I found them under their name, I had to look! Same name I wrote in the previous sentence including the word 'publications' and there is THE website where they still sell many craft books, children's, etc! They really have some beautiful books, always have! It's heartwarming to see they are still around that they never sold out to a bigger company and that they still publish the same things! One of the very few companies that are actually still here today! Amazing!!! AND Buckley Moss!!! WOW!!! I definitely remember her!!! WOW!!! You do have some keepsakes there!
First off thank you so much for subscribing! I so appreciate it. Someone else mentions black velvet too. I am already envisioning it. Thank you so much for sharing!!! I have been to Dover's site many times, they have so many good books! I love them. I get many of my knitting books there.
Hallo Birgit, Ihre Videos sind wundervoll, ich danke Ihnen vielmals für alles was Sie uns zeigen und erzählen. 💐
Danke! Freut mich daß Sie Dir gefallen!! 🥰
I just love all the history and the excitement of flipping them to see color differences. Thanks for sharing! 🪡
My pleasure! I'm just so happy you were not bored to tears 🤣
I had to stop the video and rewind when I heard you mention Miesenbach. However the Misenbach I'm familiar with is in Austria. My daughter-in-law's family has a home the area, however my son and family live in Vienna. Thank you fro sharing your needlework history. Beautiful and interesting.
That would have been a small world! My home is in Rheinland Pfalz (southwest, about 30 min. into France)
Thanks for sharing! I always enjoy your videos. I love your stories. You could stitch a long narrow piece with your family history or information and story of the lace then attach the lace pieces for display. It would make a wonderful family piece. Your black and brown barn is fabulous! And all over one! OMG!
oooh great idea to make a family history sampler! That overone was when it was easy for the eyes, but I guess evenweave still wouldn't be too bad for over-one
Thanks for sharing all your knowledge about these wonderful samplers! I enjoy watching you take them from the frames and hearing you talk about each one. Looking forward to seeing what you find next!
Thank you so much, Phyllis! I appreciate it.😍
Dear Birgt. I am so loving your videos! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful treasures with us.
Thank you so much! And you are so very welcome!
Brigitte, what a delight you are! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all your treasured patterns. And those lovely samplers!! Oh my gosh. How absolutely fun to stitch. I've only gotten into samplers and reproduction samplers this past year. Each one is so fascinating to me. Thank you for showing them❤
You are so welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I felt like I was right there with you as you took the backs off the samplers.
I started Ann McFarlan two days ago.
oh thank you! Sometimes I think I bore people to death 😂
I still have 6 of the P. Buckley Moss’ that I did back in the 80-90’s and still love them so much!
I know! They are timeless for sure.
Wow Birgit ….what’s not tip🌷🌷💜love….
I feel as though I’ve been on a museum tour…💜
Your pieces are stunning!!
The information you collect so valuable, to you & for stitchers. Many who reproduce do not give much or nothing. Ty it’s hard work.
Your family collections are jewels….
I do wish DFT ( danish flower 🧵thread) was still available, I have quite a bit from the late 70s & 80s. I’m dint care for Jennie Thompson , it hadn’t the bulk , it’s , for me to thin.
But m spoiled :-))
Looking forward to your next exhibit…
All the best in the move..

thank you kindly! I'm glad you like the samplers...we haven't even scratched the surface 😂
Thank you for another history lesson! I liked the unframing portion of the program and all the lace. I like the bottom 3 colors of the Mary S. sampler.
Thank you Sherry so glad you enjoyed the video.
Great flosstube!!! Love the lace oh so wonderful
Thank you! 🥰
OMG just saw ANNA magazine! For a long time it was my only source of inspiration for cross stitch patterns. I like to go through them from time to time. I brought them with me when I moved from Poland to UK. I love your collections
You are so welcome! And thank you for watching!!!
Love those antique samplers! Thank you for another great video.😊
You are so welcome!
Beautiful antic samplers
Glad you like them!
Please consider mounting and framing those exquisite pieces of lace. That way you can enjoy them ever day. (What a sad story about losing the factory.) Enjoyed seeing the antique samplers!
thank you so much I am mulling some good ideas for the laces 😍
Hi Birgit , I have just watched your flosstube #3 and really enjoyed it , I love all your old samplers and those pieces of lace are just beautiful! Maybe you know this already, but when you were opening Jane Richards I noticed the framers stickers said Dumfries , which is in south west Scotland! Very interesting.
Thank you! Yes, Jane came from Scotland and she looks it too! I do have some of her history but not complete yet. I try to release that info once the sampler is charted and released.
@@thewishingthorn it’s amazing how much information is in these samplers , !
Such beautiful antiques! I particularly love the soft colors of the MJ Smith sampler.
Have you ever seen bug damage with cotton threads? It was interesting that they left the linen completely alone while pigging out on the wool threads.
Yes I have - pigged out on my Ada Davies sampler. Wool is a tricky one to frame - making a note to talk about this next time
❤ Good evening everyone ❤ let's enjoy another beautiful video with memorable stories 😊and lovely Samplers and lace ❤️ InezArnetta 🌹
Good morning! Oh Inez you are too fun! Thank you 😍
I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘unveiling’ of those samplers. It’s amazing that they’ve been able to make it this far. I’m back to cross stitch from a 30+ year hiatus. As a young wife and mother the samplers didn’t appeal to me much then, but boy howdy things have changed! I love the overhead camera a lot. And I’ve enjoyed hearing about your life. ❤ till next time! BTW my cart is busting as the seams! 😂
So glad you liked it! I am always amazed at how some samplers make it through time without much damage. Mary Smith judging by the smell and dirt was probably chucked into the attic or basement - which in a way was good as it it usually dark there. Light is probably the worst offender to any textile.
Hi, Birgit, I have several P Buckley Moss charts. In the '80's my huband stitched Grandpa's House. I will see if I can find a way to send you a picture. Vonna was wanting to stitch that one so I sent her a picture by email.
Your video was so interesting with all of the old charts and tools.
I have several of your charts. I have not stitched yet. I enjoy watching them.
Scarlett
Thank you Scarlett!
Those bits of lace are works of art!!!! I have a friend who is a lace maker. It boggles my mind to watch her. I don’t know how she keeps track.
I love the old magazines. I have a few that I like to look through. The pattern booklets are so cool. But those stencils are amazing! I can’t believe the ink pot is still with it.
Silly question - where did you get your pink sweatshirt? You are the second person I’ve watched this week that has one. It is my favorite shade of that color.
Jane Richards is gorgeous. The basket foliage is really pretty.
I’ll be waiting for Margaret Saunders. I like everything about her. Especially her border.
I have a sampler that would look fabulous with the Tindale sisters. I’m going to have to get busy.
Mary Smith is a fantastic primitive look. Will you chart the front colors as well?
Okay seriously, you are killing me. I LOVE the Swedish sampler. Sign me up for the front colors.
I just finished watching your latest tube...and of course you sent me on a shopping trip lol. Here is the hoodie info - I love that pink because it's dusty rose (it's a lighter shade than DMC 778) I got it on Amazon (bitly link because their links are so long amzn.to/3Kb27gw) It's a great Spring/Autumn sweater because it's not fleecy like a sweatshirt. I can't way to see the Tindale match!! yes get busy :)
Everything about this video speaks to me. I'm wondering if the glass from one of the unframings is good enough to be used to frame the lace collars? They are so beautiful and need to be displayed. I've always wanted to learn bobble lace. Thank you so much for the history. Can you imagine what the girls would think of their stitching being enjoyed and preserved today? Have a wonderful week!
Thank you Deborah! Great idea with the lace collars. I imagine all the time what those girls would be thinking if they saw us today - they probably say "what kind of witchery is this Flosstube" 🤣 I talk to them at times to let them know how appreciated their work is in this realm. 😁
@@thewishingthorn And I know the girls hear you! You're right - they would think flosstube is witchcraft!
The family lace is beautiful. Can you put them in a beautiful scrapbook with acid free paper etc?
interesting idea, I'll have to think about that. ❤️
Beautiful samplers!! The lace was so unique and delicate. Terrible what happened to their factory. When are you moving and where to?
We are moving the end of the year or early next year. Trying to declutter a home is not easy. 😂 We/I have no connection to anywhere really and I look at the United States with an outsiders view. I have been to almost every state through travel or military. One thing I noticed is that EVERY state is gorgeous and has pockets of majestical beauty. We decided to move to MS. We don't know anyone there nor do we have family there 🤣 We chose it because the retirement dollar goes the furthest in that state. It's close to all our kids. We chose the most north eastern part were it is just a short trip to TN & AL away from big city life. We have never been city folk. Our town at 35K is too large for us.
Love the old samplers. On the Sweden one, I would like to see it stitched with the lower, back threads. My question for you is this: How do you remove old tape residue from linen? I have several stitched pieces that were taped to the backing board, and I want to reframe them.
Some tape you just can't get off, especially the newer kinds. I usually test at the edge (q-tip) to see if the glue comes off. Sometimes the old glues are fairly easily rubbed off. It really depends on the glue and the fragility of the piece.
So glad your FlossTube popped up on my feed. Loved going down memory lane and your beautiful lace. Is the last sampler you showed been charted for sale? You mentioned stitching both colorways so I would love to know where and when these gorgeous samplers can be purchased. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much! I'm working on the Swedish Sampler - not quite ready yet. 😁
Do you wash these old samplers? And if so how do you do it? I really enjoy watching you opening up the frames to see what is inside. Do you find these at auctions? Would love to see your cats sometime. So glad I found your videos. I just love them. Bingeing on these older ones. I love the soft muted faded colors. So pretty!!! Thanks so much for sharing your family laces and history. So interesting. My maternal grandmothers parents were from Germany. Their last name was Biesemeier.
No I do not - well there are some like that I have from this century (1970s- now) that I gently laundered in lukewarm water AFTER making a test to see if the colors were not running. The old pieces just get a soft brush and a gentle vaccuming with the vaccuum using a micro suction attachment or my mini vac. I guess that could be a new Flosstube!! Thanks for the idea :)
I would love an episode about cleaning samplers. Yes yes please!!
Could the straight laces be used as ornamentation for smalls? They are absolutely beautiful!
They certainly could! I just have such a hard time doing anything with them, not sure why I'm so attached. I think if they were used for a small that I gave to one of my sisters...I could do it 😍
What do you think of people that change the samples when they stitch them.
I think everyone should do what they like best. There are purists but even they can't reproduce the linens used (like the one I showed that is 36/22ct) nor can they have the exact fibers. No computer software lets you chart one stitch going over 3 threads and right next to it over two (only with real difficulty - the patterns would be astronomical) I always felt the original design belongs to the original stitcher it is hers alone....leave the quirky little inconsistencies in honor of the sweet young girl who made the sampler unique.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😍😍😍😍😍
Did they stitch in hand or use a hoop.
There were hoops, hand and frames.
Are you still a member of the EGA? I’ve been really thinking about joining.
I am a member at large of EGA, ANG & CSG. All have really good info and teachings. The ANG & CSG magazine are a dream.
@@thewishingthorn Oh! I'm not familiar with ANG and CSG. I'll have to look into those, too!
