Shelly you are the kindest person. I value your teaching whether you’re here on not 😉😉 I always come to you first to watch and learn from. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your talent with us❤
This was so good! I love a blue sky transitioning to a warm yellow but always worry about green skies! This really answered that question. Lots of amazing techniques in this video. You are so patient and kind and talented!
❤¡Qué video tan inspirador! Me ha motivado muchísimo a pintar. Sin duda, será mi próximo proyecto artístico. Muchas gracias por compartirlo. Espero poder ponerlo en práctica muy pronto.❤
I really liked how you showed the different approaches to the backgrounds. I like both of them a lot. I would like to see you add some animals; deer, fox, rabbits. Appreciate you sharing your artistic talent.
I am working on a landscape now, and really struggling with making my background trees non-dominant and non-detailed (not overworked!). So this is perfect, and you are brilliant, as always.🏆
I’m late today to see this but enjoying the content - by the way I look forward to seeing what your nails are like as well as your gorgeous paintings 😆
@@kathyhenley948 unfortunately my Speedball Color Wheel palette is discontinued but Richeson (Quiller) palette is similar. Meeden also makes one that looks similar.
Love it! Thanks Shelley.
You are such a good instructor! Thanks for the demo
I'd like to request instruction on painting farm animals in the landscape (representational).
Always so much to learn! thank you!!
Learned so much watching this! What a difference darkening the back trees made at the end. Thank you for your time with these!

the way you got those small details with seemingly so little effort is like black magic!
You are such a fantastic teacher. Thank you so much!
❤it’s so fun watching your painting come to life on paper😊 I need to try this one.

Thank you Shelley. Very useful. I am fortunate to be in Mexico right now trying to paint palm trees but will shortly be home to snow scenes again.
Beautiful work! Love it! Thanks for all the useful info, especially the sky and trees!

Thank you, thank you! I learn SO much from you! I love using salt, and it was so helpful learning the timing for the birch trees😊 etc, etc, etc..❤U

I love your pallet. Where did you get it?? I've been trying to find the perfect one and yours is the BEST I've seen!!

Are you using white gouche, or Dr. Martins white?
@@MaryLeaf-tr5ip I used Dr. PH Martin’s Bleed Proof White
