    How many times can u reuse the oil?

    I don't understand why it was deep fried. Pan fried in shallow oil would have been enough to brown. Especially when it becomes soggy after simmered with lid covered. Big fan of your videos by the way.

    I would skip the frying stage n just add chicken n tinier cuts of potatoes to save time n let gravy seep into the chicken n potatoes.
