mine is hair separation. Section by Section and playing with underneath little neck hairs. It's my all time favorite trigger
Slow hair parting all over the head with a rat tail comb or hair pin and moving all the hair from 1 side to the other slowly in little sections are my favorite triggers.
Absolutely love this collaboration with two of the best asmrtists. I love that its longer with a no talking version following and then the white noise. Perfect to fall asleep to ❤
So lovely! I don't have ASMR but have great difficulty going to sleep. Your soft, low, slow voice is so calming and helpful to me. One time a masseuse lightly placed her hand over my face for about a minute without moving. It was such a powerful calming experience as our energy melded together through our chakra points. This reminds me of that moment.

I love many triggers but I would say hair playing becuz it takes me back to being a child we would do it in class while teacher read or something it felt nice and comforting

My favorite trigger is face massage with latex gloves and its because its so soothing and puts my mind to rest real quick and fast
