I am a non traditional aspiring medical student with a petroleum degree from Russia. Being a non traditional and an international student will I be accepted in a post bacc program and also can I get into medical school if I have high MCAT scores?
Sir.. I m from India... After 12th standard I wanted to do medicine but due to some issues I could not do so... I then joined college and did Bsc. in physics. My parents then got me married. After marriage i was only allowed to do job in banking or teaching. So I opted for banking and after preparing for 2 years got a job in bank. . In d meantime I also completed my MBA in HR through distance learning... I continued my bank job for 2 years. After pregnancy I left my bank job to look after my baby... Now my baby is 5 year old and I am now 34...... I am now in a situation where I don't know what to do... Can I pursue medicine after a gap of so many years. Is it really possible.. Or is it a very weird idea of mine since I also have to raise my family... I really feel unfulfilled since I also want a successful career in my life
