Delete you Scum saved file and it will work. I had the same issue.

Just started having this issue after playing for multiple hours. I removed the SaveFiles and was able to load back into the server for about 30 seconds before it happened again.

Why did you block out your steam username top right? but leave it in next to the community tab?
