According to investigation reports the tragedy happned due to; security breach, lack of communication, late response at time of attack, the local police force were not allowed to respond at the time of attack, etc. The school is located in high security area under the control of army. But still no single high rank officer was held accountable. The families of victims still struggling for justice.
