This video helped me soooo much. I am a mushroom grower and I normally work with jars. I decided to work with bags recently. Bought the impulse sealer and it didn't come with any instructions really. I thought the knob was a thermostat ... I see it is not. I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video, Sir. I am ready to take my sealer out of the box and put it to use.

The bags are filled with nitrogen to stop the chips spoiling
Which is fine for the timeline from factory to pantry. But not necessary from sealing them tonight for tomorrows' lunch.
How did the mylar bags with water turn out over time? Was the water safe?
