@@randomcole619 Argument 1: Unions can stifle individual creativity and innovation Unions can create a “group think” environment, where workers are bound by collective decisions and may not be able to express their individual ideas or creativity. This can hinder innovation and problem-solving within the organization. Argument 2: Unions make it harder to promote and terminate workers Unions can create bureaucratic hurdles for employers to promote or terminate employees, leading to inefficiencies and potential abuse of the system. This can negatively impact the organization’s ability to adapt to changing circumstances or make necessary personnel adjustments. Argument 3: Unions can lead to higher costs and reduced competitiveness Unions can drive up labor costs through collective bargaining, which can negatively impact an organization’s competitiveness in the market. As mentioned in one of the search results, high union wages may not be sustainable in the face of foreign competition or new non-unionized firms. This can ultimately harm the organization’s ability to thrive and create jobs.

As a rank and file member of the teamsters, I can attest that at least locally most of our local is in support of Trump including Local leadership. I knew national leadership would never actually come out and support anyone other than Kamala. It's extremely unfortunate...
Teamsters also spoke at RNC.
UPS teamster here out of Florida, Trump 2024 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸.
Teamsters would support Harris if the majority of the union supported her, but they would only support Trump if the union supported him 'universally'. Union bosses are always shit.
In O'Brien's defense, he has to think about how Democrats will retaliate against him and his members for going even this far, it would be tough for him to give an actual endorsement of someone who supports right-to-work laws. This is the best we could hope for, and it's probably good enough.
Thank you sir, for pointing out the hypocrisy.
There was a teamster at the rnc. I don’t remember if he was at the top but he spoke for Trump
The workers support the labor party, not your rich guy party.

Sounds like every union in existence to be fair, which is why everyone hates them. 🤷♂️

As a teamster I’m surprised it’s even that close. At least where I’m at I’d say 80+ % at minimum are for trump both against Biden and Harris.

I came across your channel. I love it! You're fluent, articulate and entertaining!
Maybe I was just in bad unions, but any time my work unionized we got fucked over. One store got shut down lost my job, another had all our hours cut and so I had to find a new job. I also remember my parents always complaining about their union screwing them over, so I've never understood why people like them, I've only had bad experience with them.
Where I live, unions are not well-liked
People often wear union free since shirts
They like them because the cult likes them. It's centralized power into easily controllable modules.
I had the same experience working for non union companies. I’ll never work for a non union company again.
FFS Ian is so naive about how bad the world and people can really be.
Ian needs to go away.

Our labor workers & truck drivers ARE the back bone of America. Trump has changed the party for hopefully a long time. It’s no longer the “elites” white collar party. It’s literally flipped. It’s now the party of hard working people blue & white collar, non elites. WHICH IS WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE. Trump 2024! So happy to have RFK & Tulsi.
I watch your show almost every day. Rarely do i get to watch it live. I usually watch it soon after the live show is done. Today was the hard time i ever had finding you show. It is so weird how they try to barry your show behind older shows of yours. It wasnt exactly hard but i had to search foor timcast then click on your channel and then click on live shows to find it. In the past you were always a notification on my phone, now rarely and i have to directly search for it. As long as you do it i will always find it. I think the live show, among the other Timcast shows, are great.

Re walkie talkies, It's pretty normal to have those. Most people have them in case of natural dissasters, on farms are used on daily basis, same when people go hiking, biking, quad-biking and I know tons of people that have them just for fun. These are sold in most car shops and most security personnel have them too... Heck I bought few just to give it to kids when I was on the other side of property so they can just push the button and talk to me.
How do I get a mail-in ballot for California? I'm from Virginia, but they apparently don't have a problem with this.
It’s all about mass voter registration in swing states and adding 100,000 votes there 💡
My vote in Pennsylvania would be 1,000X more valuable than mine currently is in California
Everytime the exploding walkie talkie story appears, I cant help but laugh.
I think it’s brilliant. Shows Mossad are on top of their game
Why does Ian care about electronic voting machines flipping votes if he isn’t voting for a candidate?
He's voting he's just acting cool.
He's the heel of this show.
Because electronic voting isn't good.
@@dougsfriendskeeter I agree, but Ian can’t even bring himself to vote for either candidate so why does he care?
Personally I don't think unions should be allowed to give money to any candidate. I don't remember how the poll went in 2020 but I remember how most people at the plant I was working at being pissed that the teamsters backed Joe.
All lobbying should be banned. I disagree with it immensely but if the unions stop, the corporations don’t. It needs to be banned in all sides.
When are the authorities going to finally start holding main stream media accountable for them posting stories that are known to be wrong especially those that are "by anonymous sources".
"A source close to X says"
That could be the guy who makes the tea for the dude who makes the coffees in the white house.
The mainstream media needs a complete overhaul to say the least.
Natalie has a good voice, and makes her points in a much more clear and concise way. She also seems to have a more comprehensive memory to reference compared to others... I would watch a show with Natalie, Libby, Phil, and Shane, with Tim as a guest (Just to mix up Hosts like valuetainment does)
2022 looked like the "Red Wave" too and we see how that turned out
Yeah , I'm going in thinking we will probably lose , but if we win it would be great
2020 2022 we heard the same hype
It's because they want us to be complacent. That will keep conservatives home. "We got this in the bag my one vote isn't going to change anything" don't believe the hype. Get out out and vote register and educate as many people you can on the issues. Or we will lose again.

Unions is what makes this country non-competitive
How? I’m in a union, the company doesn’t pay our claims, have made it soo we have a hard time getting time off, thousands have quit because the union has no power and the company gets away with a ton of stuff, when houses are $350-$500k, you think the company should pay $8 an hour? Do you know how our economy even functions? The same corporations own almost every business in every industry. Monopolies are the problem and the people in government work for those monopolies but you think unions are the problem.

Make the voter have to buy a stamp themselves to mail in their ballot. I can bet most people won’t bother after that
Bingo. The amount of votes from 2016 to 2020 went up 23% and our population stayed the same 🤔
Basically, the lowest quality citizen began voting. People with zero investment who cannot be bothered to do anything regarding anything outside of themselves. Never in their life would they ever simply leave their house to vote. We need just a tiny bit of effort involved. 🤏
