This was a book quote. It was in the CoB, the first book when Clary was slowly finding out about the Shadow World, Jace was the only one who figured out Clary was a shadowhunter. Clary asked Jace how sure he was. He said he was 90% sure. Clary slapped him. She then said “Sorry, that was for the 10%.” Or something along the lines. This was when they were going to check out Clary’s house. Pretty sure it was the day when Clary woke up from her 3 day coma, after the demon attacked the back of her head.
Fun fact: when Clary says "for the other ten percent" it's a reference to the first book (the city of bones) in the first book Jace says something about being 90% sure about something (I can't remember what it was) then Clary smacks him and says "that's for the other ten percent"
Clary was bitten by a demon, so jace was 90% sure that the rue he drew on her wasn’t gonna kill her (due to her being a shadowhunter) and the 10% was the chance of her dying. Hope this helps

I love the easter egg to the books in that scene. In the books was this scene when Clary asked Jace how sure he was that she was a shadowhunter bc he took the risk to put a rune on her. He said 90% and then she slaped him. When he asked her why she did that, she said for the rest 10%
