Question 1 :~ How many hours continuously run biogas generator without stopping
Question 2 :~ how many 20 kg Gas cylinder need for 24 hours run 10 kw biogas generator and 1000 kw biogas generator and can we run biogas generator through direct Big CNG tank like 10 Tan tank , 40 Tan tank etc
Question 3 :~ if Gas cylinder empty how find us if generator send any alert us in mobile app and other source and can we check gas in mobile app any time how many gas remain and how many hours inf gas for our generator
Question 4 :~ Can we run ac currant appliances through biogas generator and work without any problem and without any damaging small and Smart appliances like computer , laptop , mobile , smart switch , smart bulb , smart TV etc through biogas generator and if no you can have kit for converting DC current to AC current
Question 5 :~ how many hours after serving and maintenance required your generator and need any spare parts you can provide us
Thank you very much for your questions.
Answer 1: the normal maintenance interval without stopping is about 1000 hours if the gas condition is good.
Answer 2: yes, you can run a biogas generator with big CNG tank. I have no idea how much gas can be held in the 20kg gas cylinder, but normally the 10kW generator will use 3 cubic meter per hour and 24 hours will need 72 cubic meters. for a 1000kW generator, it will need 300 cubic meter per hour and 7200 cubic meters per 24 hours
Answer 3: if the cylinder is empty, the generator will stop because the generator has no integrated gas cylinder with it. mostly, the generator is connected to the gas pipeline directly, not a cylinder. if y
Answer 4: yes, sure. the generator uses AC alternator not DC alternator. but the generator is 3- phase, and if you want to use if for appliances like computer, laptop, you need to connect with single phase.
Answer 5: normally the serving and maintenance interval is about 1000 hours. we can supply the spare parts needed such as spark plugs, air filters, engine oil filters.
