Curious, this patient that they were suspecting ACS in, what exactly was on the initial ECG if it was done?
Was the 19 year old lady on oral contraception or had she travelled plus Fh clotting ?
Nice lecture! BUT I cant believe no ECG's on any of these patients (right side strain / anterior flipped T's etc.) for PE...
Good review for critical thinking.
These criteria fail you most of the time i cant imagine depending on them solely
