It's so frustrating that most music comes from the same five English-speakingcountries generally speaking (US, UK, Australia, Canada and Ireland). I absolutely love hearing singers from different countries infusing their music with their own stories and culture. I know Libianca is US-born, but she grew up in Cameroon and brings so much from her own culture. I really hope we're on the cusp of a change in music where we hear music from around the world. Especially from low and middle income countries. For artists in some poorer countries, even moderate fame would change their lives and we'd get so much from it too. I hope Libianca's success inspires record labels to look internationally for artists, because there's so much amazing untapped talent out there that we haven't heard yet. The best thing is great music challenges people's preconceptions and makes them realise just how connected we can be by art.
The live versions of this hit so powerfully! Just a beautiful song by a beautiful artist. Many have put their on twist on "People", but no one does it better than Libianca.
Oh my god, this song has a lot of meaning and message. Some people really suffer in silence. This is actually a blessing to us by God through her.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Masterpiece 🔥❤️ she really represents real beauty and talent hidden in Africa That's what I called singing live Libianca is truly talented Cameroon 🇨🇲🔥❤️
That was beautiful she sits in those lows beautifully bur those high notes are WOW just an incredible song and artist ❤ thank you for sharing GREAT MUSIC we need more of this x
This is why it's always good that talented singers get out sooner then later, being successful in the voice means most of the time you aren't going to make it outside. This is the instance for most singers.

Obsessed with this song. The loneliness. The alienation. The pleading. The low-key desperation. Slay
