I’ve header the customer service and repair service is awful. Also, the real ones just look so fake, cheap and crunchy. Not worth any amount of money or my time.
@@dominotruth hmm i have to disagree.. i bought a few limited edition bags & pouches 2 months ago. Had a very nice experience as usual. The only thing i wouldn’t recommend are new design items Goyard started making in the past 3-5 years.. In terms of cheaply made & not worth the money = LV & Chanel 😅
I actually love my St. Louis. I like how thin and slouchy it is. 😂 I use it as a diaper and work bag and it’s been holding up great after 4 years and two kids.
Cassie, always appreciate your insights. I purchased my St. Louis tote in red many years ago. I let it sit in the bag for about a week thinking, “what the hell”, as it was not cheap, even a couple years ago. I finally decided to get over it and just use it. I’m super happy I did! For me, it’s a great work tote and because it is very flat, it is excellent for travel as well. I use it all the time and have no wear issues at all. I would consider the Artois, but I would only purchase in Europe, as the price is better.
I have a Artois GM that I use for travel which I had monogrammed with my initials. That bag has been at about 10+ trips, domestic and international and it isn’t a scratch on it and still looks new. Or is very durable and I’m getting my moneys worth cost per wear.
It’s one of the most knocked off brands in NYC sadly. I did get a zipped black shoulder bag in Paris in the early 2000’s. They stopped making that model. I wore it to death, got it re-lined- twice. Haven’t bought another.
I have both Goyard and FLP, but the latter definitely has better quality and durability. Price point, about the same so.... really, why are these really expensive?
I LOVE my Goyard St. Louis as a replacement for the LV Neverfull. It's wonderfully lightweight and elegant. It's leather lined but I didn't know it was reversible! Win/win!
I love my Goyard passport cover, which I know is very small beer compared to a bag - but I have owned it for eight years, with custom handpainting on it, and it looks brand spanking new still evenafter my shoving it into various bags in quite a mean un-babying way many times since. Both paint and canvas are like new. I like Goyardine and I like the shapes of their non-tote bags (not very into the S Louis) and I would never say never to a Saigon. Perhaps one might be in my future? Who can say. Also my in-shop experience was stellar, which matters too (I know many others have not had stellar experiences)
As for Goyard, I was back and forth on it starting some 3 decades ago. I've been an LV fan for its monogram canvas since I bought my first LV bag in the summer of 1980 in Paris. That canvas is thick and has held up over many decades. In the LV canvas, I have a Fermoir Serviette briefcase bought in the early-mid 80s and went through nearly my entire career and still looks great, have had handbags, and also still have my hard-sided Bisten suitcases. All are in the traditional monogram canvas and bought in Paris, Monte Carlo, and Copenhagen. On one of my annual Paris trips, around 20-plus years ago, I went into the main Goyard boutique to check out a new carry-on wheeled suitcase that had come out. I was the only person in the boutique. Well, I pulled up the bar/handle to extend it and try it out and it was so short until I looked like the Huntchback of Notre Dame trying to roll it around and I'm only a little over 5'6" (170cm) in height. 😨 I looked at the saleswoman and said that I'd stick with my LV Bisten suitcases and keep strapping them onto my Old School Concorde 2 collapsible luggage cart and wheel those bad boys wherever they needed to go. The saleswoman and I had a good laugh as that was back when sales people had a sense of humor. Greetings from Los Angeles
Fantastic video- thanks for saying what many of us are thinking. That St Louis bag gives me flea market vibes. I too am “Goyardless” 🤪😂 To be fair, I also do not like the LV Neverfull. I am currently eyeing the interesting new Loewe tote. I understood and chuckled at your Orient Express references. RIP Agatha Christie
I choose leather over coated canvas, always. I don't mind paying for quality. I do mind paying for a name without quality. Just my preference. Love the video, as always!🥰
I have a red St Louis tote and absolutely love it! It doesn’t look like plastic to me. It is lightweight and it’s so comfortable. I use it more than my Neverfull.
I've been looking at Goyard for a while now and decided to pop into a boutique to see what all the fuss was about. I had to queue to get into the store and when I did it was crammed and busy and felt so un-personal. I got this food market kind of vibe in there as everything felt so transactional, in and out in a flash. I tried a few on and they were nice, but I think the price was a bit steep for what they were (the thin canvas felt so non-luxury to me). I understand the history, and would love to get one, but I'm not made of money and I'm not sure if it's really worth it.
Cassie - Wanted to say thank you again for encouraging me to start my channel - I don't know if you remember but you gave me advice and the courage to start my channel myself - your channel inspired me and gave me courage - and i talk about you alot on my channel now! :) Anyway - my channel is largely about demystifying Goyard so I love that you are doing a Goyard video yourself! Thank you again! :)
I like that they have that Luxury experience and offer alternatives to other more popular designer pieces, however i think they fall short design wise when compared to their prices
Woman, I just wanted to tell you that I love your videos and I love their authenticity. I stopped reading fashion magazines simply because you give me everything I want to know. You are a threat to the old way of making fashion content. I think brands have to look more at RUclipsrs. I love you, keep it up.
I love my goyard st louis tote I got it in 2017 in ny and it is still in great shape even though I basically used it as a diaper bag for 6 years ❤ it’s so much lighter than the neverful too
I actually just purchased my first Goyard a couple months ago in San Francisco, and it was the Artois MM in the Black/Tan. Been already looking into getting another piece because I can’t get over the green that they do. I’m also not the biggest fan of the handles/straps coming with the plastic on it, but then again certain Hermès bags like the Lindy also come this way.
Thank you so much hun for clearing allot my doubts! I am just in the same boat as u with buying goyard! I take one step forward then 5 steps backwards for all the reasons your pointed out! Love your content as always! ❤❤❤
I live in Korea and Goyard is the brand EVERYONE wants. There are four stores in Korea alone and it’s the bag every girl (and me as I have a couple) is carrying. I have seen and heard of quality issues with the St Louis, especially at the corners with wear and tear. I bought an organiser for my St Louis and it does make the world of difference to the structure and overall appearance of the bag. I believe they changed their manufacturing process of the canvas as well as it used to be hand painted but it’s now done like screen printing. I definitely prefer Goyard over LV, but Moynat is a close second, and they too have a beautiful store here in Korea!
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
I got the white Artois GM this summer in Paris and so regret not also getting a winter color. They are lightweight, fit tons and the zipper ❤❤❤. The SA was quite nice and patient. Also I got VAT back in France. I wish they made a hot pink. Maybe as a special color someday?
I am very happy with *rrcopys* 's bag, arrived on time and exceeded my expectations! Need a stylish little backpack to go to theme parks with my kids. I'm not a backpack person and usually carry a purse with me, but I wanted something that was easier to carry and less carried over the shoulder. I bought the smaller size, but it holds 2 water bottles, snacks, a couple of light sweaters, and a bunch of other small things. I like that the opening is in the back, great for travel.
I have a mini Saigon souple. It’s really cute and tho it’s a mini bag it holds my 14 Pro Max, a passport holder, Prada pouch from 05 Reiusse for my AirPods and a little wallet.
I just got the 233 bag and it’s a beautifully made shoulder bag/crossbody. It probably helped that the flap is leather vs canvas that made it feel a bit more luxe in my opinion. I contemplated the Artois but it did have a plasticky feel/look to it in my opinion
I'm also Goyardless. I don't like the thin canvas or the thin straps. And I've heard of the paint rubbing off over time which is a non-starter for me at that price.
I love Goyard and Ilove you Cassie. I hope you do more research on the quality and sturdiness of the triple painted goyard canvas compared to the plastic coated LV canvas. Also they are one of the few brands that is not owned by a conglomerate. Please give goyard a chance, trust me it's worth it.
The London store is quiet Tuesday mornings. But as you cannot get tax-free in the UK, that might explain why they don't get the crazy queues as in France, etc. Though plenty of Americans were in the store due to the pricing still being better than the US. I caved a while back and my back has been very grateful. The St Louis is very lightweight. I swapped in my Neverful bag organizer to keep it clean. It can take a hammering and is deceptively strong. Plus it can mold to your body, when you wear on your shoulder, so you don't feel like you are banging into people, unlike some other totes. I am able to wear it on my shoulders, but it could do with an extra inch on the straps for colder weather with coats. If you want a budget version the Tory Burch canvas totes look very similar from afar. With the added security of a zip. I would say the service can be hit-and-miss in London. The SA I had was horrible, but other SA's were lovely when I was talking to them when the girl I was assigned was packing up my bag. Note, Goyard has a quota system. Which I did chuckle to myself as I have no intention of buying anymore, apart from perhaps the passport cover in the future.
Lately I’ve been seeing them around town quite often. I expected them to be a lot cheaper because of the way they look. I’m not necessarily a fan of Louis Vuitton, but at least their canvas looks less cheap.
I went to the Goyard shop in Mayfair four years ago fully intending to buy something (full disclosure: I have a replica St Louis Claire Voie I got on Amazon a few years ago and wanted the real thing) but left empty handed. The bags didn't really look any different than my replica - and they were thousands of pounds!
I really like their SLGs because the bright colors are easy to find in the dark depths of my bag. BUT i had an artois bag that I LOVED for travel. I prefer coated canvas for a tote because it's lightweight and stands up well to water. However, when I started using my artois tote on a more regular basis, i noticed rain stains! the bright colors will always make me happy, but I wouldn't buy another bag
"I'M GOYARDLESS" and I laughted like a maniac 😂😂 Used to really love all the men bags from Goyard before the hypes invaded the brand. Genuinely love the pattern but the canvas honestly softens and loses its shape so quickly to the point where if you use it as an everyday bag it will just give up the will to stand up in less than a year :(
I love Goyard. It is on my list, just not at the tippy top of it. I love the heritage. I also think it is a casual bag that is classy for someone my age (older than you). I am also fully over the neverfull and the new tiny one is beyond cringe with the guitar strap.
YAY! OMG I've always wondered why you don't have any and I've been waiting for you to post a goyard video!!! I remember your shopping video where you went in for the vanity or toiletry pouch but hated the experience and the price point. lol. Goyard not for everyone!
Well working in luxury, all bags come with some sort of plastic or foam wrapping to protect the bag in transit... Most stores just remove it before customers see it I worked in Fendi and we have to unpack it to make it back of house ready. I guess Goyard has just kept it on, means it's even newer and not as handled by other people?
Used to work at Barney’s, before they closed, and I remember there was a Goyard inside the Madison location. The brand did not appeal to me either, but I remember the knock offs of Canal street looked EXACTLY like the original. It was very hard to tell them apart from the thin canvas and the plastic. Slightest differences were in the printing and the trueness of the colors to the originals
I love my Goyard St. Louis PM in burgundy. I got it at Bergdorf’s in 2009/2010 before there was a Goyard store in NYC. Granted I don’t use it regularly but It’s still in perfect condition. And, for whatever reason, I get a lot of compliments about the bag from men. 🤷♀️
Goyard is the new LV......period! I mean this in terms of urban relevance; whereas in the 90s LV still had cachet, and the streets were really starting to embrace the brand. Goyard has been around since 1853, however, most people didn't start checkin' for this brand until about 5 years ago. And ppl are wearing that St Lois tote like it's the new Neverfull. And I agree with you Cassie, that plastic on the handles does make it look cheap, but I suspect they do that to ensure it hasn't been worn.
I have three of their bags and a couple of SLGs and love each one. The coated canvas…on the St. Louis It is thinner and I’ve been told by a Goyard SA that it is intentional for that particular bag…to keep it lighter and more casual. I know that money feel that coated canvas seems cheap and plasticky. I understand that. I see it as canvas that has extra protection and that doesn’t take away the “value” or quality of the canvas that it is protecting. I like that it isn’t as widely seen out and about; yes, I’ve fallen for the exclusivity and the smaller batches. Love the ones I have and hope to add another piece in the next couple of years. Really appreciated your video on this!
To me the bags look like they were made out of plastic and I could never imagine you Cassie with such a bag. And respect to you, because you are not "buying into the trend", you have your own style and you stick to it and that is a quality.
Hi Cassie, I watch your videos weekly but rarely comment. However I did DM you a few weeks ago asking you to do a video on what your thoughts of Goyard were and here we are! *I am actually quite shocked to be honest that you are "Goyardless" 🤣😭!!* I kinda thought Goyard this year was part of the "Quiet Luxury" trend because not as many people have Goyard bags (compared to Gucci for example) and it was a "If you know, you know" kind of brand. Anyways I brought the grey belvedere PM bag on my Birthday in London in August and it's so good! I went with my bestie and we stood outside from 9am and it opened at 10am and we were literally only second in the queue and got served straight away and I was fortunate that they had just delivered the grey Belvedere bag the previous night else I wouldn't of had it! (It was very pricy though and I don't want my parents to find out the REAL price haha!) Anyway, I hope you get a Goyard bag one day and you love it 🙄🤣🩶 Kindest regards, Luke
I happily came across your vlog this morning. Very well done. Thank you. I am a male luxury shopping addict (like you, except for the gay,, male part LOL). I have large collections of briefcases/attache cases (and small leather goods), watches, pens and cufflinks. I lived in France in the mid-80s and have returned to Paris at least yearly until 5 years ago. In the last 5 years, I've been privileged to be able to visit Paris approximately 3 times a year. I always spend quite a bit of time on St Honore. I had NEVER seen ANY queue to enter until approximately 1-2 years ago. I love the history and the craftsmanship, but I have NEVER been able to "convince myself" that I like the print. I have tried and tried, unsuccessfully. I certainly don't mind accessories that are a bit "in your face", but not all men can pull this off well. BUT, as a collector, it seems that I should have at least one piece (briefcase.document case, messenger bag) of this historic/iconic brand. I have also convinced myself that I'd like a card case and or wallet, either in gray or the black logo with black trim. HOWEVER, I will NEVER stand in line for over an hour to purchase a "luxury brand". Spending money on luxury items must be a pleasant experience for me. Nobody NEEDS any of this stuff. Therefore, I want to be treated as "special" or at least as an appreciated special customer. I often form close, wonderful relationships at the boutiques of other brands, which is wonderful. However,, this is not possible for me at Goyard. Another comment, I have always thought that the very thin straps on their totes make them look VERY cheap.
I've never really understood the attraction to Goyard. Nor the manufactured exclusivity and the attitude some folks have encountered at the boutiques. I'm like "girl you canvas, take it down several notches!!" I do see a lot of the totes on folks though.
Watched immediately. Same here, wary of Goyard. And I get the Hercule Poirot reference, but ain't no way he's getting on the Orient Express with plasticky thin luggage. 🤭🤭🤭
I’ve heard too many quality issues with Goyard. That’s enough to put me off. Then of course I’ve never seen one in person and the boutiques are far and few between. I know they do sell them in some of the higher end department stores as a friend just bought the Artois. She is very happy with it. I think the St. Louis tote looks very flimsy. I’ll stick to my Neverfuls which I love.
Cassie! I have emailed for pricing before and they responded very quickly, I was also able to order through email and they simply sent me a payment link and the bag turned up including the store packaging some time later. I did have to pay 50+€ for shipping… perhaps it differs per style?
I always look for something a bit different. I have a Goyard messenger bag that I love for full days of shopping in NYC or Chicago and yes-love the Bergdorf location. It feels like a more grown up Neverful to me and not everywhere. Yet.
You must have been reading my mind, This video is just in time for my trip to Paris & the Goyard store. Very informative. I hadn't yet decided what I wanted.
The plastic is there to deter people from wearing the bags and then trying to exchange them. Goyard allows exchanges up to 14 days after purchasing as long as the plastic over the handles is still intact. I agree with you that the price difference between the EU and US is crazy. The mini anjou comes out to $2850 after tax in NY. At the paris boutique it was $1890/1950 and then you get the vat refund. I like the brand but have a difficult time paying the US prices.
I love the Goyard orange color and that’s it. I feel like for the price other luxury houses offer more. I stopped by the Bergdorfs counter and they had such a small selection of mostly their neutral colors bags.
I just traveled the Amalfi Coast for three weeks with the St Louis PM! Best travel bag ever if you are trying to pack carry on only and want to be chic! It looks as perfect as the day I bought it and I put this bag through A LOT😂
Having owned authentic goyard totes. I would say that I much rather spend my money somewhere else. I compared my real bag with a fake one that my coworker has and I was shocked by how similar the looks were . Of course the canvas didn’t feel the same but like from looks it was like wow. I don’t like counterfeits but I would say they have come a long way.
I was absolutely IN LOVE with my Goyoard Voltaire tote and I had to sell it because it was such a hassle to carry if I put all my things in the bag. Now I only intend to keep two of my Goyoard SLGs and selling one of them ❤
Yes, their famous tote bag may feel plasticky but to each their own. I LOVE my Goyard bag and it's more personal to me... My brother who passed away introduced me to this brand and I also respect their brand history. Anyway, I say at the end of the day, go for something that makes you smile and stand with it.
Two of my goyard bags I had to take in for repairs bc the handles had issues. Granted, Goyard did replace them at no cost. But, maybe that's why they put plastic on the handles, they are kinda problematic?
I think the rise of Goyard especially the totes are in recent years also highlights the shift away from mini bags because even the mini Anjou isn't mini in TBE terms !!
My friend emailed them to order a bag and Goyard shipped it all the way to Saudi Arabia. It was a long process i believe it took 4 months till she received it
I went to counterfeit market on my trip to Thailand, and the fake Goyards are just indistinguishable from the real one (I have a tote) it dawned on me how funky looking the material is lol it does like plasticy
I just got my first and honestly my red mini Anjou is amazing. I would honestly get another if I felt the need for a new tote. It’s insane how much use I have gotten already. Was it overpriced? Yes. But as is luxury as a whole
Love you so so much Cassie thank you for always making me smile and always brighten up my day you will always be my favourite RUclipsr and my inspiration hope you have a beautiful weekend ❤❤❤❤❤
I really love my goyard tote BUT after a few years the red handles started to rub off on my clothes and ruined my Burberry jacket. The stain looked like a red lipstick stain. The stain was almost impossible to remove. The bag wasn't fake. I bought it in person from the San Francisco store. Such a disappointment given the price point of the bag. I would not buy goyard again.
💚 the video, I have several pieces from Goyard however I haven’t bought anything in a couple years due to where I live I have to fly to another city to purchase and the customer service is atrocious except Bergdorf. I’ve just decided to put the brand on the back burner for now.

Do you have black /grey or black with brown design. I also where black I don’t know what will suit me

I have a Artois GM that I use for travel which I had monogrammed with my initials. That bag has been at about 10+ trips, domestic and international and it isn’t a scratch on it and still looks new. Or is very durable and I’m getting my moneys worth cost per wear.
I've wanted a Goyard tote for a while but I recently found a Fauré Le Page at a thrift store for 9$... I've never been more excited!!!
OMG AMAZING!
That is exactly where the will all be. Once this trend fades I doubt the resale will be anything.
I loved my black PM. After a little bit of wear, the shine definitely gives luxury.
Fantastic video- thanks for saying what many of us are thinking. That St Louis bag gives me flea market vibes. I too am “Goyardless” 🤪😂
To be fair, I also do not like the LV Neverfull.
PS. @cassiethorpe … One thing I just learned re: the plastic on the handles: if you remove it (plastic), you can’t return the bag!
I really like my Goyard Plumet cross-body bag for traveling/sightseeing. It is light as air and not bulky at all.
Thanks!
I love my goyard st louis tote I got it in 2017 in ny and it is still in great shape even though I basically used it as a diaper bag for 6 years ❤ it’s so much lighter than the neverful too
I very much appreciated how you painted the scene with Poirot references!
Is that boutique still open? I thought all retailers had closed up shop in SF.
Thank you so much hun for clearing allot my doubts! I am just in the same boat as u with buying goyard! I take one step forward then 5 steps backwards for all the reasons your pointed out! Love your content as always! ❤❤❤
I love Goyard. Have actually bought a few of them via e-mail from the Paris store to Sweden.
I love Goyard. I got my first Goyard many years ago just because no one knows about the brand back then. I will pick Goyard over LV any time
Lol, your delusional
🙌🏽💖💖
It seems only people in Asia like this brand. It looks kind a cheap.
I have never been able to get excited by Goyard.
Which I did chuckle to myself as I have no intention of buying anymore, apart from perhaps the passport cover in the future.
i bought my artois tote nearly 5 years ago, never babied it and it's held up so well i love it so much still!
I love love love Goyard. Been buying it for years and it’s delicious! 🤤
I ❤ my Goyard collection.
No one else on RUclips showcases bags as well as you do. mirbag makes me feel like I’m holding the bag myself!
Lately I’ve been seeing them around town quite often. I expected them to be a lot cheaper because of the way they look. I’m not necessarily a fan of Louis Vuitton, but at least their canvas looks less cheap.
it's the fakes that's why you see a lot of them.
Double thumbs up 👍 for mentioning Hercule Poirot. Talk about classy! - Amy
😂😂😂
I really like their SLGs because the bright colors are easy to find in the dark depths of my bag. BUT i had an artois bag that I LOVED for travel. I prefer coated canvas for a tote because it's lightweight and stands up well to water. However, when I started using my artois tote on a more regular basis, i noticed rain stains! the bright colors will always make me happy, but I wouldn't buy another bag
"I'M GOYARDLESS" and I laughted like a maniac 😂😂
Used to really love all the men bags from Goyard before the hypes invaded the brand. Genuinely love the pattern but the canvas honestly softens and loses its shape so quickly to the point where if you use it as an everyday bag it will just give up the will to stand up in less than a year :(
Absolutely love the Orient Express/Hercule Poirot reference. Gave the perfect image…
Love my Goyard mini Anjou and backpack. So versatile and great quality. ❤
Which mini Anjou did you get? I can’t decide between black or grey. I want a yellow too
@@jennykim8383 blue :)
Happy Friday Cass Cass!!!! Have yourself an amazing weekend ❤❤❤.. continue put in the work great content 😊.
You’re so wonderful thank you! Have a lovely weekend 💖
Same. I guess the tote and maybe the cosmetics case are okay. I guess the canvas tends to be more colorful.
I got the reference.
I love Goyard. It is on my list, just not at the tippy top of it. I love the heritage. I also think it is a casual bag that is classy for someone my age (older than you). I am also fully over the neverfull and the new tiny one is beyond cringe with the guitar strap.
Somehow the *condup* Classic Chanel Flap Bag is a must for me
YAY! OMG I've always wondered why you don't have any and I've been waiting for you to post a goyard video!!! I remember your shopping video where you went in for the vanity or toiletry pouch but hated the experience and the price point. lol. Goyard not for everyone!
I got the Orient Express picture! Made perfect sense.
We’re on the same wavelength 😉
Well working in luxury, all bags come with some sort of plastic or foam wrapping to protect the bag in transit... Most stores just remove it before customers see it
I worked in Fendi and we have to unpack it to make it back of house ready.
I love the picture you painted with the 1850s Orient Express reference. Totally got it 😂. I like the Alaia better.
Love to hear you talk about Chrome hearts and the exclusivity of their products and then the subsequent resell value because of it too
YES I’ll do this one!!
To me the bags look like they were made out of plastic and I could never imagine you Cassie with such a bag. And respect to you, because you are not "buying into the trend", you have your own style and you stick to it and that is a quality.
the bag is amazing if u manage to get one you will love it
Hi Cassie, I watch your videos weekly but rarely comment.
However I did DM you a few weeks ago asking you to do a video on what your thoughts of Goyard were and here we are!
*I am actually quite shocked to be honest that you are "Goyardless" 🤣😭!!*
I kinda thought Goyard this year was part of the "Quiet Luxury" trend because not as many people have Goyard bags (compared to Gucci for example) and it was a "If you know, you know" kind of brand.
(It was very pricy though and I don't want my parents to find out the REAL price haha!)
Anyway, I hope you get a Goyard bag one day and you love it 🙄🤣🩶
Kindest regards,
Luke
However,, this is not possible for me at
Goyard.
Oohh maybe different countries have different policies on selling via email etc, 💖
Yes, I did the same two times with the Beverly Hills location. Love my Goyards
I always look for something a bit different. I have a Goyard messenger bag that I love for full days of shopping in NYC or Chicago and yes-love the Bergdorf location. It feels like a more grown up Neverful to me and not everywhere. Yet.
I recently moved and now live 50m away from a Goyard boutique. I guess that is a sign for me to buy a nice tote there.
You must have been reading my mind, This video is just in time for my trip to Paris & the Goyard store. Very informative. I hadn't yet decided what I wanted.
I read your mind 😉💖
Amei todas as bolsas lindas e de muito bom gosto.Parabens #nkuwan 😘😘😘
I love their orange, blue and green colors.
I just traveled the Amalfi Coast for three weeks with the St Louis PM! Best travel bag ever if you are trying to pack carry on only and want to be chic! It looks as perfect as the day I bought it and I put this bag through A LOT😂
Beach, pool, boats and planes! It is a great warm weather travel tote!
The straps don’t cut into your shoulder when full?
Hi Cassie!! I always love your analyzing style video ❤
Yay, thank you!💖
I have a Goyard Hardy PM that I use for work and it was a great buy. Ideal size, secure and it isn’t a Goyard style you see much of.
Two of my goyard bags I had to take in for repairs bc the handles had issues. Granted, Goyard did replace them at no cost. But, maybe that's why they put plastic on the handles, they are kinda problematic?
❤❤❤I feel you, Cassie. I’m the same way about everything you mentioned. I have no idea why I was never into Goyard. 🤷🏼♀️
Glad you feel the same!
Love you! Have a spectacular weekend 🤩🤩
Were you ever able to get the stain removed?
💚 the video, I have several pieces from Goyard however I haven’t bought anything in a couple years due to where I live I have to fly to another city to purchase and the customer service is atrocious except Bergdorf. I’ve just decided to put the brand on the back burner for now.
Oh dear I’ve not heard much of their customer service and that’s disappointing!
@@CassieThorpe yes it’s not necessarily bad customer service, just let’s get what you want and on to the next type of thing.
