Lou, Ik this is late and you may have found it by now, but its called the "Forgotten Temple" on the map. At the foot of the Hebra Mountains there should be a ravine, and it's at the very edge of the right side. If you zoom in on your map close enough you should be able to see it, it's just a grey rectangle lol. if you have the Snowfield or Serenne stable it should make finding it easier! If you don't have ether of those the Snowfield stable is along the path in the Tabantha Tundra, and the Serenne stable is directly south of that, on the opposite side of the ravine. You should be able to see both of them from the Hebra tower (or at least the shrines next to them) Hope this helps!
