He was put in that position by Trump and when Biden assumed his role as president he was not able to remove him from his job as postmaster general for rules governing that position. Biden just couldn't get rid of him. And to add insult to injury he had no experience at all to do the work. We have postal inspectors for this reason to curtail this behavior. Well happy voting.
