@SkoomaFish My job is pretty easy actually. That's kind of my point. Sitting in front of a screen for 8 hours and talking to strangers is what basically every screen addicted kid does these days anyway.
“But a real job doesn’t suck the soul out of you.” As if 9-5 jobs arent one of the main causes of depression 💀 These people need to realize there’s a reason so many people try anything (like streaming and content creation) to leave that vicious cycle istg
Exactly my thoughts. I've worked with people way older than me who've been working for most of their lives yet they still have to work in order to survive. If that's not more soul sucking than live streaming I don't know what is.
Honestly I can kind of see a potential argument being like "streaming is not as easy as it seems, it can be as tiring and/or stressful as *some* real jobs and in *some ways*". But like, first counterpoint of many, that only applies to a smaller streamer whose livelihood actually depends on doing well. Hasan could stop streaming forever tomorrow and he'd be fine
Inlove that its "i steal your work and put my name on it"hasan saying this, bro litterally hops on stream, plays someone elses content, and leaves. Thats so much harder than working at walmart
I mean, keeping a grift going for 9 hours a day would be tiring. Pretending you give a shit when you truly do not care, takes a shit ton of energy. Who knows, maybe the immense cognitive dissonance is really getting to him, and he's projecting that exhaustion onto streaming.
Im so sick of streamers who sit there, eat food, and react the bare minimum to steal someone's content telling me sitting there is harder than a 9-5 working sewage or landscaping or even some kind of desk job doing calculations. Hassan has always been one of those "anti-capitalist" influencers who benefit most from it and act like they don't. Never knew he grew up rich tho made me lose what little respect I had for him LOL
his comparison to streaming being like a presentation is so shit. in a presentation you are in front of physical people that are forced into watching your presentation and you are forced into presenting it. with streaming he can start and stop whenever and the same goes for the viewers. not only that but playing fall guys and among us is probably slightly easier than talking about some boring shit. and that little tantrum he had over trans people was fucking abominable.
True, but he chooses to stream for that long. The advantage he has in this situation is that since he's built a huge platform he doesn't need to stream for as long as he does.
I worked at small restaurant that mostly was only busy from Friday to Sunday. Otherwise I would watch so much RUclips at work. It so boring after a week.
You'd never understand the trenches of twitch chat man. It's horrible, Imagine needing to go on streamer of the year awards.. You'd die, Meeting your fans? Holy shit you wouldn't last 5 seconds. Sitting on my ass reacting to content is so much harder than you building my $3.000.000 mansion with your bare hands. I reac.. create content, You simply build the infrastructure that makes my content creator job possible. In a social way ofc 💀
@@Clown300 They'd never truly understand. There's a reason mostly children play video games these days. The vibrations from the controller are really dangerous and racing the tracks is exhausting. i get that streaming could be difficult for someone who doesn’t have the personality for it and isn’t used to the attention. but, for someone like Hassan, streaming is easier. He’s used to the cameras and the attention, and he’s built a persona and an audience. That doesn’t mean it couldn’t be challenging every job has its difficulties but he probably has a substantially easier time streaming than an average streamer with a regular 9 to 5 job. No one is forcing him to stream he could quit right now, go to a university or a trade school, and be fine for the next couple of years he’s just doing this for attention like most of his content

I mean, you have to deal with twitch chat for most of your day, I would rather work retail than deal with the shit people behind a screen can say and do to you. Especially if they know ur location.
You have 532 followers so yeah you probably put very little effort into your content. Not the case with Hasan. He works a lot harder than you. Why'd you delete your comment saying "Content creation is harder"? You really need to learn what the challenges of making stupid videos on the internet are. The biggest challenge for everyone is gaining and maintaining an audience. Sure livestreaming takes effort, like all things do, but to say that it's more soul sucking than working a real job is not just untrue but it's also ridiculous. There's people who you complain about that to, and it's not your viewers.
Lol very fallacious Reddit-level attack. Lots of small audience creators who put in a ton of work. Creators have to build an audience and get lucky with the algorithm to gain lots of subs. Literally everyone on RUclips but yourself knows this. Irrelevant how many subs regarding how hard you work.
Bro, if I watched RUclips videos and responded to texts all day at work my boss would call me lazy but when he does it as a job it's hard
