I think if the product doesnt have ingredients like maida, palm oil, sugar etc beyond a certain extent where a single serving of the product can spike up the GI then it can be termed healthy. What Deepinder was arguing applies more if you're writing healthiest.
Deepinder should see his own company where they claim "upto 50 rs cashback" and gives out hardly 5 rs back. isnt that a sabotage?

"Eat healthy and Live well" Is a statement to communicate and promote healthy eating, And not at all a product claim. It's about what brand wants to communicate and promote.
It's like a gym saying "become strong and live well".
Do they sell healthy products? Yes,
There is no answer for "whats healthy?" The answer is subjective to each.
They never said "We are healthy"
They said "You should eat healthy"
There is a big difference between a claim and promotion.

    As per AI
    1. “This product is healthy”: This statement suggests that the product meets a standard level of being good for one’s health. It is generally beneficial or not harmful.
    2. “This product is healthier”: This is a comparative statement, indicating that this product is better for one’s health when compared to another product. It suggests that it has a higher level of health benefits relative to something else.
    • “This product is healthy”: This is ideal if you want to make a general claim that the food product is beneficial for health and meets nutritional standards. It suggests the product is good on its own without needing a comparison.
    • “This product is healthier”: This is best when comparing your product to another option. For example, if you’re comparing your product to a less nutritious competitor, this phrasing emphasizes that your product is a better choice for health-conscious consumers.
If you’re aiming for a clear, standalone message, “This product is healthy” is more straightforward and effective.

A good example of FOS, is that which comes from beet sugar, a process which takes place which converts the beet sugar into FOS. Interestingly the end-product does not contain any sugar and the FOS is not broken down in the gut and absorbed as glucose, instead, it is used in the gut for the friendly bacteria to feed on, producing short-chain fatty acids as a result.

respose from chatgpt - No, oligofructose is not considered an artificial sweetener. It is a natural sweetener derived from plant sources, particularly from inulin, which is found in foods like chicory root, onions, and garlic. Oligofructose provides mild sweetness but is not as intensely sweet as artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose.
It is often used in combination with other sweeteners to enhance sweetness in food products while contributing fiber and promoting gut health, but it is classified as a prebiotic fiber rather than a synthetic sweetener.

Aside from FOS and added sugar, the granola contains 6% palm kernel oil. I don't know how healthy they are. There are numerous quick and healthy Indian home-made snack and breakfast options. There is no reason to pay an expensive premium for a healthy snack that may not be that healthy. If you are health-conscious, spend 5-10 minutes preparing something fresh. It will take less time than to read and comprehend ingredients of so called healthy snacks.

    • @cryptog2639

its not premium, its quite affordable in my opinion

    • @r.k.3999
      @r.k.3999 3 месяца назад +2

@@cryptog2639The word affordable is quite subjective. When you say quite affordable, then do mention the words 'Niche category' product. Because what is affordable for a ₹ 1 crore p.a. earner is not affordable for a ₹ 10 lakh p.a. earner.
As they say, "in India, we live at different ages at the same time."
Therefore, do mention the category of target market.
      Thanks & Regards.

Deepinder's point is just assuming that sugar is bad for you in any quantity which is not completely true. The body is capable of processing a huge amount of carbohydrates, and with the lower sugar count, Fit & Flex is better than the other products in the snack category.

One suggestion to Pathik bhai is instead of using Palm Kernel Oil use other oils like Sunflower Oil or Groundnut Oil (cold-pressed).

It directly started with questions. Had to stop and check description first which defeats the purpose of podcasts.
