A good example of FOS, is that which comes from beet sugar, a process which takes place which converts the beet sugar into FOS. Interestingly the end-product does not contain any sugar and the FOS is not broken down in the gut and absorbed as glucose, instead, it is used in the gut for the friendly bacteria to feed on, producing short-chain fatty acids as a result.

Hey @rajshamani, Could you make a video on approaching a nutritionist or dietitian for a daily diet plan? There is so much conflicting information out there, and it can be confusing. What steps should someone take to find a good nutritionist or dietitian in the market to get an effective diet plan?
respose from chatgpt - No, oligofructose is not considered an artificial sweetener. It is a natural sweetener derived from plant sources, particularly from inulin, which is found in foods like chicory root, onions, and garlic. Oligofructose provides mild sweetness but is not as intensely sweet as artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose. It is often used in combination with other sweeteners to enhance sweetness in food products while contributing fiber and promoting gut health, but it is classified as a prebiotic fiber rather than a synthetic sweetener.

Healthy food is always expensive aur yeh healthy shouk rich logon ke hote hain. Aaj bimari ka dar hai par paise itne kharch nahi ho pate. Jyada paise main pet na bhare toh every chiz is expensive.
These sort of pitches needed Ashneer. Entrepreneur really worked hard and it's not easy to qualify to be on a shark tank. The only thing he needs to do is change the tagline.
Aside from FOS and added sugar, the granola contains 6% palm kernel oil. I don't know how healthy they are. There are numerous quick and healthy Indian home-made snack and breakfast options. There is no reason to pay an expensive premium for a healthy snack that may not be that healthy. If you are health-conscious, spend 5-10 minutes preparing something fresh. It will take less time than to read and comprehend ingredients of so called healthy snacks.
@@cryptog2639The word affordable is quite subjective. When you say quite affordable, then do mention the words 'Niche category' product. Because what is affordable for a ₹ 1 crore p.a. earner is not affordable for a ₹ 10 lakh p.a. earner. As they say, "in India, we live at different ages at the same time." Therefore, do mention the category of target market. Thanks & Regards.
Deepinder's point is just assuming that sugar is bad for you in any quantity which is not completely true. The body is capable of processing a huge amount of carbohydrates, and with the lower sugar count, Fit & Flex is better than the other products in the snack category.
Great podcast! Overall product is GREAT. We used to do retailing of Fit&Flex products back in 2020 in Vadodara, Gujarat. One suggestion to Pathik bhai is instead of using Palm Kernel Oil use other oils like Sunflower Oil or Groundnut Oil (cold-pressed).
Im Nutritionist , I agreed to anupam and deepinder. Sab likhte he to mene bhi likha yehi bole jaa raha ye banda. There are so many loophole in Indian labelling law & he is just wanted to take leverage of it.
The person who cannot handle criticism and just keep feeling bad don’t go out of their perspective or mindset but if he is taking as learning or taking it positively it’s good. Truth is tagline misleads even if you are selling healthier not healthy..
I just came to know about this product .. just visited their website , the website itself is so good. I think this product is better than other product .. didn’t try ..
Real Juice, Amul Taza and more... Just brand name... No real or Taza in products.. Fit & Flex is correct in his talk. New Addition : This youtuber is telling the truth - ruclips.net/user/shortsUa11LSwV0iQ?feature=shared
‘Rize’ ka pitch dekho sab log where the owners claimed Fructo oligo saccharide (oligo fructose) is a plant based sugar.. Shark tank gave a ticker at the bottom also.. Who to trust now ?
If you promote some tagline means you believe and you create your product based on that. Here the host did great job asking questions on behalf of customers that "business shouldn't make fool customers"using best tag line with worst ingredients

Thoda buddy h yah @rajshamani bro hard questions he pucha kro I love your hard questioning
Ikr, he's defending that it's a tagline
But bro forgets that a tagline is related to the product
Suban kesri 😂
Amazing podcast with smooth and consistent editing! Great work! 💯
Raj, pls understand difference between content discription in product and the tag line...what patil said was absolutely agreed and unnecessary they put it on national television which was completely incorrect...pls empathise
Tagline shld be related to the product bro
I can't keep "do meditation you will live well " As a tagline to a oats product
It makes no sense
It will take less time than to read and comprehend ingredients of so called healthy snacks.
its not premium, its quite affordable in my opinion
@@cryptog2639The word affordable is quite subjective. When you say quite affordable, then do mention the words 'Niche category' product. Because what is affordable for a ₹ 1 crore p.a. earner is not affordable for a ₹ 10 lakh p.a. earner.
As they say, "in India, we live at different ages at the same time."
Therefore, do mention the category of target market.
Thanks & Regards.
Like the way you had your stand on that "healthy" topic 🎉
Pls mention it's a paid promotion. No harm in this by the way
because it's not
@@tanishqsharma112 maybe it is..cz there's so much of information about fit n flex in the description and even the instagram handle is mentioned
Investment hoga isme Raj ka
Deepinder's point is just assuming that sugar is bad for you in any quantity which is not completely true. The body is capable of processing a huge amount of carbohydrates, and with the lower sugar count, Fit & Flex is better than the other products in the snack category.
Going by deepinder's statement i remember brittania's tagline which says eat healthy think better and then they sell maida biscuit with huge sugar 😂😂
This men is over obsessed with his tagline and assembly line ...we have this... we have that...
Price ???
Great work! Please bring more mental health podcasts. Especially on issues like adult ADHD.
Very insightful 👏🏻
👏🗿both raj nd fit flex are one of the best persons to debate on this topics
Love your vedios ❤
Im Nutritionist , I agreed to anupam and deepinder. Sab likhte he to mene bhi likha yehi bole jaa raha ye banda. There are so many loophole in Indian labelling law & he is just wanted to take leverage of it.
It’s has hydrogenated vegetable oil and maida in his ingredients . No way it is slightly close to healthy . He is a perfect example of business man
Exactly my point at 41.36
Time Nahi Hai?? 😂
House help Hai India me....
This guy had done lot of work for building his company & respect for that but don't expect him to be a person with high value system.
Fit and Flex marketing team is doing well. They could invite themselves here! Kaafi mithai di hai bhai ko!
1:00:48 Poha + Jalebi - shorted all!!
Wow what a Clarity conversations....
Sharks should encourage the entrepreneur by politely telling them about the discrepancy and encourage and guide them. Some of the sharks are arrogant.

LG - life good … how??
zamana galat toh hum bhi galat. waah
2 wrongs don't make him right
Absolutely incorrect. All are wrong.
Here the host did great job asking questions on behalf of customers that "business shouldn't make fool customers"using best tag line with worst ingredients
very insightful in the business part
Please bring more FMCG brand's founder & marketing people
Thanks🎉🎉🎉
Suggest a tagline - Eat Well Live Healthier
Bhai ese to red bull ka tagline "red bull give u wings" he uska bhi bolo 😂😂
He is right about oligofructose. Shark tank India is extremely overrated show. You need to see Shark tank US . They have real quality judges.
Raj you never ask costumer pyschi based questions please ask this question because any brand or business costumer is god.thankyou for this podcast.
Point is there is no point. What happens when everyone shifts to Healthier/healthiest ?
It is helpful for body but i think so oligosaacharide is monomer of sugar not that much sugar that we eat regularly but content of sugar is present
Good episode to know the reality. And offcourse there are many such evidence like it
Shark tank story starts at 14:55
Jisko army walo ka podcast jaada pasand karta hai. Like kro❤
One suggestion. Please give a brief intro of the guest in the beginning. I started listening to this in car and had no clue who is the guy, what is the podcast about etc.
It directly started with questions. Had to stop and check description first which defeats the purpose of podcasts.
