While i agree with most of what this guy said, the oil & gas inflation points aren't accurate. Case in point:
    - Canada is a hub for oil, while true, the oil we have is 'oil sands', its very hard to access and refine therefore the cost of processing this oil is way higher than middle-eastern oil
    - 50% taxes on oil, while also true, the Canadian oil prices are on par with Europe even Pakistan (in-fact Pakistan has an even worse per litre price). Canadian government does give a Quarterly rebate on carbon taxes which off-sets the high cost (while i rezognize its still expensive)
everything else this guy said is true, housing is expensive, healthcare is really bad, education seems to be tanking (especially post covid)

Chacha fumble kar gaye when speaking about carbon taxes. Bhai ek average household gets back more than what they pay as carbon tax for both heating and gasoline. Moreover, 2016 mein crude was US$26/bbl vs $75+ now.
Townhouse utilities would be C$350 per month on average with $350 per quarter as Carbon Tax Subsidy refund.

Instead of spreading the negativity that everything is collapsing getting destroyed etc.. you should also see that there many businesses there which are growing insanely at the same time...
One just need to have a data centeric approach of focusing on what's working instead driving attention to something that you can't control.
In Canada I know many people at the same time growing like crazy. Yes they are mostly the business man or highly technical skillset people so we can't compare them with all the others but "rizk ka wada tumhara tumhary RAB sy hai" so wether u r in UAE, PAK, CA, USA u can't earn or lose a single penny if Allah has not written it for u.
May Allah help us all grow and keep us safe.

Here's my view, based on my experience. I might be wrong.
Last year, 8 of my friends went to Canada. 6 are in digital marketing, 2 are AI developers. The lowest salary among them is 80k annually, which is good.
Jobs are everywhere if you focus on what's in demand. Some people go there and aim for very basic common jobs; of course, they'll struggle.

      @rizzo1336 10 месяцев назад

I have been living in Canada for more than 25 years. I can confidently say that politically and economically it is not heading to the right direction. Housing is out of control, rents are unaffordable and good paying jobs that can be on par with inflation are scarce. The health system is taking its last breath and these were the exact words by a paramedic who was transporting my infant from one hospital to another last year. The public school quality is not the same it was went I was attending it. There is lot of cutting taking place on gov sponsored programs.
The more money you make (ethically), the more you end up giving in taxes. I know people are making good money as consultants but due to influx of people immigrating and people willing to work for less, the so called ‘good hourly rates’ are going down. Yes, you can make money and there are loop holes in system that I know some people don’t end up paying taxes. If you are not ethically and morally conscious and like the back door practices then no issues for you but I know for most people it is not.
By no means I am discouraging and you should do your own research if it is feasible for you or your family but these are hard truths you should consider before coming here.

I am doing this since2016 and have very different prospective about this issue
Same issue,i found with shahroz and batool interview
These people should study how money market is run by investor inform of real estate, gold market or construction activites

This is one point he miss why Muslim choose variable rates
      About construction missing point is
Builder not start project untill 80%of project is not sold as bank then finance
