All I ever got from trying to grow fodder was mold and aggravating rabbits which then refused to eat the parts which had no mold, despite all my efforts. There's also an an ongoing discussion whether sprouting grains will in any way benefit animals or lower the feeding cost.
I had jerry rigged a light that was on a stand, but i ended up switching to a better kind after i shot the video, and thats the link thats in the descriptions. Its a set of 4 light strips and a controller for around $25
