Well actually there is a documentary over Jack The Rippper and to there best research they belive it was a polish sailor, not fully a sailor but traveled on a boat as a job. After the whole Jack The Ripper event went to america well there was a similar isolated event and the man was caught and sent to prison so though I forgot his name was quite a while ago.
