NOVO Medical Center is one of the first examples in Ukraine of non-governmental and non-municipal healthcare institutions operating on charitable principles, providing free and discounted services for vulnerable population groups.
At the Medical Center, a wide range of diagnostic examinations is available, including MRI, CT scans, ultrasound, endoscopic studies, and specialist consultations.
For active-duty military personnel and veterans, NOVO offers discounts on all types of examinations, and for children of ATO participants and family members of missing military personnel, services are provided free of charge.
During its operation, NOVO Medical Center has conducted over 11,000 free and discounted examinations, totaling over half a million dollars. In 2023, the center also received a grant from the UK government and conducted 2,317 free examinations in eight months, totaling over £74,000.
Diagnosis is the path to quality treatment. Therefore, NOVO Medical Center has signed memorandums with three military hospitals to provide free examination services for soldiers undergoing treatment, thus assisting over 600 Ukrainian defenders. To improve medical services for veterans, NOVO Medical Center is developing national projects such as the "Veteran's Clinic" and "Veteran's Estate" to unite healthcare institutions to aid servicemen.
