I hear you, basement is not very common in Texas.
Umm, problem is, you either have rock under the foundation (can you say dynamite or a REALLY big rock saw) or closer to the coast, the water table is only about 6 feet down. One of the buildings I worked in early in my IT career in Houston, installed an elevator for a well liked handicapped employee. Drilled right into an artesian well. They had to add two automatic switched pumps using float switches. The third float switch triggered an auto-dialer that called the owners house. The water is pumped outside into the storm drain. It never stops....always running. As a teen, I also dug up a sink hole in the back yard to find out where all the pine needles went. About 5 feet down, I found the answer - an underground river. About 20 years later, a nearby freeway had to be re-built because one of the flyovers was sinking....into the same underground river! That said, I also spent a year in Columbus, Ohio and my townhouse apartment had a nice basement which I really liked, so I understand the desire, it is just not practical here.

Dam I remember when we painted this house, it's amazing both inside and out, plus it has all the best views of the lake.
This place looks modern an cozy, an the decorations, an furniture,colors, can always be changed.All it needs is a large size basement. This place has nice views.

That's great, especially the elevated position of the lot. Somehow the dark full glass panels on the stairways are bothersome I'd just use fine railings.

I absolutely hate the finishings but this home is beautiful! All the glass is impressive.The only thing I would personally add is a pet shower in the laundry room! At this price point I’m surprised no one thought of that lol

Where does the water go out too ? We have a speed Yacht, the only thing is how can we tie our yacht so it's not bumping into the stone edge around the mountain ? We love the home, it's beautiful...

As a prent of young kids, two design elements i did not like, one is the balcony railing having horizontal bars, it's practically inviting kids to climb over. Similarly the floating glass panel railing on grand staircases would have me paranoid.

Room for improvement on the tour itself would be to make sure the camara adjusts to the available light of each room. The shots are sometimes dark. And also, try to be more relaxed Mr Gao.

Like the design of the property but i think master bedroom needs a private balcony not a shared one and u are missing a lot of details regarding the interior.
