Cheers Craig. Happy birthday Conyngham parkrun. Another lovely park with nice undulations to enjoy. Good to see the legs have recovered from last weekends Leeds Half. Really like Knaresborough - my posh auntie lives there. Without want to sound like an anorak, the viaduct is an incredible feat of engineering.
Oh not at all, I was instantly drawn to it to be fair, don't tend to be that up close and personal with viaducts and its a standout feature over the river. The whole setting was stunning and the parkrun did not disappoint. Definately worth a Saturday visit to your Auntie (after parkrun of course lol)
Hi Craig, I almost did this Parkrun the weekend I did Wetherby but I chose Wetherby as it was closer. Looks like a great location and decent surfaces, saw you sprinting at the end💪
@AndyCliffMTB yes another one where the timing made for the best running conditions underfoot. Such a lovely place and some kicker ups in there to make sure you work, definitely worth the drive. Think Bolton have an event next week so hopefully more cake 🤣
Just ran this one & posted it to my RUclips channel.., had watched your run a couple of times of this course & also the Leeds 10K against your brother 😂, must meet up sometime, I'm based in Darlington, but do some parkrun tourism etc..I'll be entering Leeds 10K next year, looks like a fast course, more downhill than uphill, I hate hills 🥵....🤣 www.youtube.com/@StephenDent-sr6cr
Hey cheers for watching. Just watched now. Subbed a bit back so seen you uploaded it. Not the easiest one but impressive speed. Absolutely up for a meet up. Leeds is a great 10k, used to be an out and back but loads better now. I share your thoughts on hills 🤣
Great park. Good, positive video. 👍😊
Thank you for watching 😁 Yes it was a stunning one, worth a quick trip back over for again soon I reckon.
