Brunei's culture is influenced by Malay traditions and Islamic practices. The people of Brunei celebrate festivals such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha. Traditional arts and crafts, including weaving, silverwork, and woodcarving, are also integral to Bruneian culture.
Environment: Brunei has a diverse ecosystem, including rainforests, mangroves, and coral reefs. It is known for its rich biodiversity and is home to various species of flora and fauna, including the endangered proboscis monkey and green turtles.
Brunei is gradually developing its tourism industry, attracting visitors with its natural beauty, cultural heritage, and historical landmarks. Some popular attractions include the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, Kampong Ayer (water village), and Ulu Temburong National Park.

We hope no one comes to Brunei expecting what they can find in our neighboring countries. We don't have any nightlife entertainment like clubs/pubs and alcohol is completely banned for public consumption or sale. You can bring in a specific amount though for non-Muslims. Come to Brunei if you prefer a chill vibe and to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of hectic city. We don't really promote our country in a big way, but we do welcome anyone and will go out of our way to make our guests comfortable. So don't be afraid to say hi and ask for help when you need it, Bruneians might seem reserved but we are always eager to interact with visitors. Transportation might be challenging but there's the bus or Dart (our version of Grab/Uber). The city center is always sleepy, especially during weekday office hours, so you might just find the city deserted.

Kesederhanaan membawa Brunei kepada ketenangan...Disini kehidupannya tiada untuk berlumba-lumba antara satu sama lain, tiada shopping mall besar, tiada pencakar langit yang boleh dibanggakan, Brunei lebih mementingkan pembangunan sahsiah rohani dikalangan rakyatnya dengan menjadikan ajaran Islam sebagai pegangan kuat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, jarang dengar di Brunei mengenai kes jenayah berat seperti pembunuhan, penyalahgunaan dadah, kecurian, semua itu jarang sekali didengar. Kalau adapun skalanya kecil dan dianggap terpencil, sistem pendidikan disana adalah percuma sehingga ke peringkat menengah(O level) sama juga dengan perkhidmatan kesihatan. Disana tiada industri kecil dan sederhana, mereka mengimport hampir 90% barangan keperluan harian dari luar. Bahkan kalau sesiapa yang tiada rumah disana, pihak pemerintah akan mengurniakan tanah dan rumah secara percuma pihak yang memerlukan
