That's when I realized the inverted reverse grip bench press actually is by far...

Hey Uncle Eugene, if we were to do this with dumbbells would it matter the angle of the bench. For example would the flat bench provide the same stimulation in the upper chest compared to the incline angle? And would the incline angle provide MORE of a stimulus compared to flat? I’m thinking of implementing this as my secondary upper chest movement and would love to know your thoughts!!

I’ve been thinking about reversing my Swiss bar it’s arked and the grips are angled in one way and angled out the other…if anybody’s ever tried this let us in on it.

      How did that go?

@@Mohammedmalsaid not bad with level/flat bench the angling of the wrist isn’t that sharp but it’s enough supination that you’re getting the effects of supination (reverse grip) and I did get a huge chest pump but everything with that bar gives you such a stretch that it’s hard not to get a pump.
I haven’t done it again to really do a good job with it but it feels like it’s better for me to continue with weighted dips and then inclines with the swess bar non-supinated.
….”but” when I do weighted push-ups now I turn the Parrolette’s outward ( supinated grip ) as far as I can and my entire chest lights up, I would have to dedicate months just doing it in reverse to see if it has an extra special affect on my upper chest, but it definitely lights up the whole pec 💯
( it / Swiss Bar does not work supinated grip doing inclines only flat bench, well it didn’t feel right to me and I was burning daylight but flat bench there’s definitely something there it’s finding the muscle connection and start pumping, the connection is definitely there 💪🏼)

No, I've been doing this for 23+years, mainly for triceps, it has never hurt my wrists at all.
