Hi hun, have you got any tips and tricks on how to connect your belt to your device please, as mine doesn't seem to recognise it. It shows up in my bluetooth list..if I follow the instructions in Slendertone app keeps saying to keep pressing on the power button until it's connecting to the device but always fails to find it. It would be really grateful if you could give me some additional information. Thank you in advance and great video xx

i have trouble with this sometimes! i honestly just ended up turning my phone on & off 🤦🏻‍♀️ or put it on airplane mode & just keep trying! if not.. google may know? sorry i cant be of more help! 🤍✨

if you didnt want to use the belt with the app - you could go for the slighter cheaper belt! it doesnt have the app but would save you some money! 😊

it can be a little temperamental & you need to keep youre phone within bluetooth range so it doesn’t disconnect!
but you can use this belt without the app too😊
