- Carnival Liberty tour and walk through. Liberty was launched in 2005 and as of 2018, is doing three and four night cruises to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral.
The ship has 13 guest decks and can hold 2,974 guest double occupancy.

The Seafood Shack does come with an added fee. Items start around $5 and then add the 18% service gratuity on top of that. Thank you for watching.

Hello, just wondering what your thoughts and opinion about the Liberty ship. Dancing? Age group? Food? Cleanliness? Entertainment? Lol. My age group in July on the Liberty is 45-60... the new 35-40. Lol at the hill but not over the hill. Lol we all dtill like a good time, /party. Thanks for any info or advive you could give
Hi! Being that it was my son and I we had a good time. The boat was clean and the cruise director-NoNo was AMAZING! She remembered mostly everyone she came in contact with. I would recommend planning your food choices as the lines are extremely long so we opted for room service in the morning. But if you’re going with friend, 35 and up you’ll have a great time. Lots of dancing and they have adult mixers as well. Being that I’m 35 myself, I know I would’ve been a bit more drunk if I didn’t have the kiddo. 🥴. Have fun!

Cruise Radio The food, H2O club and the Cabinet Bar. Never had a bad meal on the ship, met really cool people at the H2O club (was 17 at the time) and the latin band was amazing (lots of dancing!)

just went on this ship to the Bahamas and it was amazing! such great employees and amazing people in general. no no was an amazing person also, such great energy and all around a happy person! I 100% recommend this ship. also if you have any younger kids there a kids club that I enjoyed so much! make sure you register them before so you don’t have to waste time! I spent most of my time at the circle c club. the adults there were very responsible and generous. make sure to check it out and let me know how it goes!

I went on Liberty in 2008 when it was still fairly new and didn't have the Funship 2.0 stuff. I loved it.
I am hooked on cruising. We have done 17 so far. Love Carnival.

Excellent tour! Usually cruise on Royal Caribbean but we have a family reunion trip scheduled on Carnival Liberty in about 9 months! Was alot more cost effective and love the look of the ship as well as the tiered deck and serenity area!!! And I like the idea of a pool that is more for over 18

Just the 3 day Nassau itinerary. My husband has a work conference at Disney Sunday-Thursday that I'm tagging along for, so we're hopping on the Liberty Thursday-Sunday! Figured if we're down there already, we may as well take advantage! An interior room for 3 nights for 1 of us was cheaper than 1 night in a hotel!

I went on a cruse on this ship back in April of 2016 from Galveston. It looks different than I remember it, must have been renovated since. The motion kind of bothered me the first couple of days, otherwise great experience and well worth the money. I recommend a cruse for the food alone. I want to go on a more luxurious ship next time.

Great video Doug. I had a great time on Liberty a couple of weeks ago. The tall guy that passed you in the Lido Buffet was the chef. We met him during the behind the fun tour.

I went back to the Aft pool during the summer of 2017 and didnt have any problems. I was 14 at the time and no one gave any problems. There were also several kids in the back aft pool area.I believe the only enforced 18+ area is at the front of the ship.

The Carnival Liberty was the first cruise ship I went on leaving from Galveston TX. Have also been on Vista and seemed to like the layout of Liberty a lot more than Vista.

Beware of the smoke smells wafting from the casino. Hate to disagree with Doug, but our April 2018 cruise had us noticing stale smoke smell in areas near and far from the casino that was not well equipped with ventilation to get rid of it.
One of the first things i thought of when seeing the buffet area tables... did anyone else see sets of lungs in the design? 😂 Also.... I wanna go back!! Went on my first cruise in October, for halloween actually, and it was amazing! I'd totally go back!

I've not been on Linery or Sunshine but I would choose this ship over Sunshine for the simple fact that it does have more elbow room for passengers. I love the Splendor and this ship has some areas that are very similar like the Theater, the Lido Food Court & the dining rooms.

Just returned from Nassau. I have cruised with Carnival many times, but this ship (Liberty) is so dated. Public areas looked very nice, but our suite (7269) was in terrible condition. The cabinetry was falling apart. The safe did not work. The shower faucets did not work properly. My only thought was that this ship was going to the scrap yard, so maintenance was non-existent. Don't get me wrong, I'll still stay with Carnival... it's the best!

I went on this boat in 2015 and it really hasn't changed too much...
Although shortly after our trip there was news it caught fire.
I actually like the decor theme better of this ship than it's sister ship Valor that I have sailed on. I have seen Liberty sail out of Port Canaveral twice but I have never been on it. I would enjoy this ship!

Cruise Radio Your welcome! I liked the layout of the Valor the best, it never felt crowded, and the dining options on the ship. I did 6 short RUclips videos of the experience on our 5-day cruise aboard the Valor. The ship is just the right size, not too big, not too small.

The casino bar has been removed on the bigger ships. That’s about all.

I went on this ship in 2015. I'll admit I did not appreciate the style of it at the time, and had a great time regardless. But this is one of the nicer looking ships of it's conquest era.
Having gone on the cruise recently, I've never seen any kids in the aft pool, I've rarely even seen any kids anywhere on the ship because there isn't too much for kids to do on carnival cruises so I guess people just don't bring them.. but I am 16 and I wasn't kicked out of the aft pool or any "21+" places that weren't strictly enforced, although I didn't ever swim in that pool, I just went to hang out and get pizza and cookies.. but I think they just try and keep kids out for the most part because normally the other pool is pretty packed with kids/teens/younger adults, so they just want that one to be a swimming getaway for the oldies

It was a really nice ship ,much better than I expected , especially on a 3/4 day intinery, to put things in perspective I have been on the Oasis Of The Seas twice and I can say I still had a great time on this cruise.

I just cruised on the ship and it was fantastic.The only complaint I had was that the windows on the ship were dirty.They should work on a way to keep them clean.
