Hi Heidi, A thought-provoking question arises: Why do most photographers confine themselves to capturing only the perfect scenes within their environment? They seem to chase after the ideal season, flawless weather, perfect light, or the most picturesque location, as if photography is solely about perfection. While I wholeheartedly agree with your perspective, I’d like to offer a slightly different lens to view it through: We often overlook the subtle details that surround us-those hidden gems just within reach or even beneath our feet. There’s an entire world waiting to be discovered, a world that rivals the beauty of those so-called “perfect” subjects. I’m a member of a photography club called (617 Club); I’ll share this episode there because it is worth considering, and I will recommend your channel. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing more from you.
Wow. Thank you. I've heard of the 617 Club, I'm just bad at joining clubs. Thanks for your thought provoking question. I used to chase perfection but then who is defining perfection? It's a fun challenge to go somewhere not typically picturesque and creating images that tell the story of our world.
