I'm almost eighty years old and have just yesterday heard my first fantastic Tommy piece. Now, I can't get enough of his unlimited talent, his incredible voice and unequalled ability to produce fantastic guitar sounds.
I'm sixty-six years old and, since hearing Tommy for the first time a couple of months ago, I've been blown away by his videos. Each becomes my favorite until I watch the next. This, though, I think will be my favorite-favorite, because he uses "Canon in D" to open such a frenetic piece and, by golly, it works! I wonder what his full vocal range is--I suspect we haven't heard it yet.
Green Day was one of my late son's favorite bands. I am going through some crazy emotions of nostalgia and the loss of him, in general.
