For the last story, they should have used those water suction machines around to suck the water out as much as possible to a different location far away with long chords knowing it would go up to over his head eventually since he blocked the drainage.
On the second story I'd say that "don't get on a stranger's boat" is a good takeaway or "stranger danger" I mean he's f*cked up but getting on some weird fisherman's boat is definitely not something that someone with a survival instinct would do unless they know said fisherman really well

I feel like with story two in a way, after watching i think all of mr. ballen's videos, i feel like there's hopefully some solace for the parents in the sense that their children didn't do anything wrong or it wasn't some on going thing that they could have prevented, whilst that is also the most tragic part too... they were happy up to that point which is hopefully a comforting thought in some way 🩷
