I'm so happy iKON is doing what they enjoys to do which is to perform. It really shows how passionate they are on their craft. The realest kpop group I've seen. The only thing i think that they want to do the most but cant do now is to have concerts and perform in front of iKONICS. I hope someday sooner we will be able to see them again face to face.
I love this atmosphere between idols and dancers in yg they look close and have fun during practice i could tell that they are really close just by seeing Junhoe and Leejung they're even calling each other oppa and Noona where in fact Leejung is younger than him by 1 yr i love seeing interaction between staffs/dancers/producers with YGA as much as i want to see YG family artists interaction.

I dont understand how experts ranked this 5th . They put so much effort in the plot & dance not just singing.we can see how diverse the dance style here just like how DK discussed & planned with the choreographers. Mnet's camerawork was suck that we cant really capture every details that they put on their dance but after watching this, it is amazing & this perf deserve so much better actually 😔🤦♀️
it pains me to say this, but for me, the transitions between moments didn't flow, so there was dead time which made it hard to build momentum to a climatic point. and even though they executed the challenge/task well, when you compare the production to the other groups, it wasn't as elaborate.

Idk im just going to put all the blame on mnet. They r just lucky that ikon agreed to join this bs show as ikon carried kingdom's rating on their back💆♀️😊
I think the fact that MNET focused more on production than anything else is the main concern here. Is there any doubt that iKON can out dance every group there, considering each of them are phenomenal dancers. I think the only group that put a performance worth any salt was SKZ and SF9. Especially SF9 I loved that all that they used was music and their body to me that's how a performance should be. Rest all are just props and props dont make a performance an artist does.
@@nexusromi4806 i agree props mean nothing actually & shouldnt be the judging criteria or what so ever in choosing a great perf but here again mnet is at fault. iKON never use props during their 1st round perf & if im not mistaken, there is a budget issues for 1st & 2nd round in which iKON, BTOB & one more other group which i forget, were not being informed on it. Their stages were simple compare to the other groups that mnet informed. They r just dancing & singing, using their pure talents & manage to deliver an amazing perf. But because of this issue too,ppl started to assume that the experts r looking at stage props too as iKON n the other groups who barely use any extra props ranked lower than the other groups that had been informed about the budget limits & use extravagant props. Then when fans started to complain & the issue has been clarified, iKON & the other groups which were not being inform earlier about the budget limits somehow started to use more props for their perf. So yeaahh basically what i wanna say is that whatever happened in kingdom is all mnet's fault. Not just that their camerawork r bad but they r unfair to certain groups ,let alone iKON being a YG's artist & we know the beef between YG & mnet. So yeahh maybe bcause of that too. Put asides the judging criteria. They just dont want YG's artist to hv their way in any mnet shows/programs. They r just using them for ratings.

I don't know about you guys but i'm expecting Lisa doing a rehearsal together with iKON. Well you know YG. Anyway one good point about it is they only focus on the iKON👏👏👏. Thats the same with other groups in YG. They know who to focus no matter whom they are doing collaboration with. Fans might be a little bit disappointed about it. But we know behind the camera they all are a good friends. Work is work and personal life is theirs no need to show everything that is privacy to them.
I know iKON pr team and iKON itself will not see my comment but please upload all the iKON future content in all the platform not only in weverse (unfriendly app)...... YG please don't limit your effort for iKON because they deserve more.....

can we all took a little moment to appreciate DK here, like in this episode he really worked extra hard for his dance unit stage and for the classy savage he took care of the choreography and came out with more ideas for their group performance. and its not just for this stage but since the rhythm ta stage up until at ease stage he really worked extra hard in terms of dance practices, choreography and the stage directing to give us an amazing performances in every round.
I totally agree!! Basically I think the whole kingdom is his project. He is simply putting the team priorities above his. He kept feeding us with contents so as to reward us for being faithful to them and having waited for them over the last year. His dance has improved a lot. And his self confidence too. That is the result of being under the mentorship of BI
Right? He clearly has leadership qualities, esp performance wise. From what we've watched from their contents, he seems like someone who always want to do well with everything, getting the nick as the passionate one. And he seems to look up a lot to hanbin too, so since he's gone he knows that he has to do his absolute best to make up for it. They're working really hard and that, i think is how iKON still remains.

Actually I'm glad iKON is on weverse, I mean I love the fact that iKON and iKONIC could interact freely and closer there. We got more updates from them too (compared to their social media). But weverse is only for fans, so we still need YG to upload their videos on youtube to attract general public and those who are not fans (yet). I hope their promotion team would work better on promoting iKON. They got more fans and attracting many people after their hardwork in Kingdom. The one week gap release between weverse and yt is too long, people may lose interest easily because of the long awaited. They could make it 1-3 days gap. I hope YG could consider it. Imagine they were abandoning iKON youtube for two weeks, at least upload some teaser to tell people that you had released their videos on weverse. Please give your artist proper promotion, YG. 🙏

iKON as expected is always incredibly hard working. Giving us legendary stages all throughout their kingdom episodes. Seeing them smiling and teasing each other during practice makes me feel happy. I am so excited for their next comeback. We will patiently wait for you iKON.
can we all took a little moment to appreciate DK here, like in this episode he really worked extra hard for his dance unit stage and for the classy savage he took care of the choreography and came out with more ideas for their group performance. and its not just for this stage but since the rhythm ta stage up until at ease stage he really worked extra hard in terms of dance practices, choreography and the stage directing to give us an amazing performances in every round.
I totally agree!! Basically I think the whole kingdom is his project. He is simply putting the team priorities above his. He kept feeding us with contents so as to reward us for being faithful to them and having waited for them over the last year. His dance has improved a lot. And his self confidence too. From what we've watched from their contents, he seems like someone who always want to do well with everything, getting the nick as the passionate one. And he seems to look up a lot to hanbin too, so since he's gone he knows that he has to do his absolute best to make up for it. They're working really hard and that, i think is how iKON still remains.

ikon contents should be uploaded on yt the same time as it is uploaded on weverse. that app wont gain our fandom new ikonics but instead it would benefit yge and hybe more. it should only be a safe space for ikon and ikonics to communicate. all eyes are on ikon esp that kd just ended and there might be some who are contemplating whether to stan them. i hope yge grabs this opportunity to promote them in all platforms especially that their comeback is nearing.

Actually I'm glad iKON is on weverse, I mean I love the fact that iKON and iKONIC could interact freely and closer there. We got more updates from them too (compared to their social media).
But weverse is only for fans, so we still need YG to upload their videos on youtube to attract general public and those who are not fans (yet). I hope their promotion team would work better on promoting iKON. They got more fans and attracting many people after their hardwork in Kingdom. The one week gap release between weverse and yt is too long, people may lose interest easily because of the long awaited. They could make it 1-3 days gap. I hope YG could consider it. Imagine they were abandoning iKON youtube for two weeks, at least upload some teaser to tell people that you had released their videos on weverse. Please give your artist proper promotion, YG. 🙏
