  • Let's take a look at how to program multiple probing cycles using a wireless intuitive probing system.
Probing is an important step in the machining process that should never be overlooked. When done correctly, probing can help reducing setup time while improving in-process dimension control and enabling part verification.
On-machine probing systems typically include two probes: a spindle probe, typically used to locate part fixtures or workpieces, and a tool setter probe, typically used to gauge the length and diameter of the tools.
In this video demonstration, Jay and Michael from Meridian Community College, show how to probe multiple part features using ‪@haasautomation‬ Wireless Intuitive Probing System.
