Hello! I'm currently in highschool (the 9th Grade) and I'm very interested in working in HR. I've always been good at working and managing people so this jib seems like the perfect fit for me. I've been quite a bit of research in the field of HR and your videos have helped me a TON, so thank you so much for making these :)) Much love, from the Philippines 💕
@@ginacastanos5678 Hello, thank you very much for the tips! That's actually what I plan yo do once I reach College but if I can start as soon as Senior High, then I'd definitely do the volunteer work and non profits to gain experience. Thank you for the good luck!
Awesome video❤️ but you don’t need a Bachelor degree, or any degree. A lot of Hr jobs go by experience. I don’t have degree at all and I make 62,000 a year.
I have an interview to be a benefits coordinator in 4 days. I have 3+ years experience and years of company loyalty. I’m praying for the job because I only have an high school diploma. Pray for me 🤎✨
Thank you for the info. I did a second round of referral questionnaires for a state entry level coordinator job. I have a good feeling that I may get a request for an interview soon (knocks on wood)
Awesome video!! Just applied for a recruiting coordinator job and all your videos have helped me immensely!!! Random question where is your top from??? Love it
Would you say this is the best place to start in HR if you don’t have any experience in HR and have a BA in Psych? I’m really interested in this field but don’t have any direct experience, my experience lies in direct service work in non profits
From my personal experience, I had never done HR work before. I started at a staffing agency as an assistant. After a few months, I interviewed with a different staffing agency for a recruiting coordinator role, and because of my experience as an assistant I got the job! I'm starting in a week 😊
Insightful video! Just a quick question to clarify for me, is this role the ones that do the actual interviews? Or are they the ones that call new hires and schedule those Interviews and do the research on them for the people that decide if they get the job and interview them?
Really helpful once again! Are HR Generalists considered the same as HR Coordinators, or is HR Generalist more of a position you can move onto after you've gotten some experience as a HR Coordinator?
So glad these videos are helpful! And regarding HR Generalists, they are not the same as a HR Coordinator. I would say that they are the step between a recruiter and a HR Manager. Not every company has a HR Generalist role, but when they do, they often exist to support HR Managers.
I'm an HR Coordinator and this is soo accurate!
🤗🤍
I was recently offered $20/hr for the HR coordinator position at a large company. I’m willing to accept that as I have no prior experience.
I will join my new company from tomorrow as a HR Coordinator. Thank you for this update ❤️
Thank you! I feel like there’s so many roles you can have as a HR person and I was a bit confused so your videos really help!
There really are so many different roles!! I'm glad these videos are helpful! :)

Hello, look into volunteer work/intern work. Especially in nonprofits. Also look into getting a HR certification. Good luck!

Thank you for the descriptive expectations for this role. It really sets the expectations for those of us looking to secure this role.

Love it. May I know what state you’re located in?
I agree I have no degree but have 10 years experience, they prefer experience over education most of the time
I love these! I’m in my senior year for a degree in HR. Trying to figure out where I can do my internship here in Colorado!
Thank you!! Congrats on graduating soon!! Hope you can find an internship soon ❤️

How did you do
I'm becoming an HR Coordinator next month, therefore, I find this information very helpful. Thank you for such good content! Wish me luck! :)

Very informative, thank you!
Min. wage where I live is $16/hr. Would you say HR Coordinator is a minimum wage job?

I love your video Miss, thanks for the info
I’m not so sure you should ask about salary in an interview.

Now I know what HR coordinator do.
HR Assistants make less than HR Coordinators
Hi! May i ask how much an HR Manager or an HR Director makes there?
I'm having second thoughts about going to the interview. I feel like you need to look older for the role 🤔
Dress to impress
Why do you think HR is completely dominated by women?
