Hey Jimmy, I'm sorry for the situation but please remember your still an important part of this. You and Brian can and should personally coach, nurture, and help with good direction for Aidan O'Connell. This kid has talent but without guidance talent is insignificant.
The reason McDaniels is fired is because no one in that building wanted to play for a "leader" who can't take responsibility for his own mistakes and lacks accountability all together. His players don't respect him and don't play for him because he doesn't have his own players' backs. Great OC, terrible leader of men. The notion that he got fired because he wanted to bench Jimmy is actually the furthest thing from the truth. The raiders have the 5th highest paid offense in the NFL and all of those contracts signed by McDaniels and Ziegler. They are bottom 5 in every offensive metric and the only time we've scored 20+ points, our defense had to do it for us. We should've listened to Brandon Marshall who knew from day 1 McDaniels was a joke of a HC and he did the exact same thing he did in Denver to the Raiders
I'm not a Raider fan but that connection should've worked between Jimmy Garoppolo, and Davante Adams if they would've connected that offense would've at least be a threat to move the ball on some defenses. Jimmy Garoppolo throws the ball in the middle of the field, so if I have Davante Adams as my number one target I'm moving him around putting him in motion so he's not stationary whatever it takes to get the ball to him plus having a reliable tight end to throw the ball in the middle field can really help Jimmy Garoppolo because that's where likes to throw the football.

You think our best QB is a guy who missed two and a half games and still leads the league in picks? A guy who can't hit wide open guys? Can I have some of what you're smoking?
The way firing the coaches went, it makes me think David is a bigger part of the problem than anyone admits. Players can overcome average coaches, but they can’t overcome bad coaches. Coaches and managers can overcome average owners, but they can’t overcome bad owners. For is of the coach and GM AFTER the deadline, well that makes it next to impossible to move in a new direction, at least any time soon, and that’s all on Davis. Bad owner move there.
I think it’s a clear scenario of the team has the talent to win more games than they have, and instead of trading those players Mark wants to give them a chance to succeed. It’s no secret the play calling has been peewee level. Now you give new coaches a chance to make their mark and maybe make a run.

It could be worse...my birthday's have been the day that: My dad died, my wife left me...come to think of it, the latter wasn't really a bad thing.
Paid Jimmy G 20+ million this year. They can’t wish him happy birthday? You guys love diggin at the Raiders but you are NFL cronies so….
The guys still on the team they literally do this for every player
He’s still on the team…and he’s making millions of dollars !! He’ll be fine
They wish every player happy birthday, must be a slow news day. Not wishing him happy birthday would be significantly worse.
Biggest mistake Mark Davis made was hiring them.
The edited department was at lunch 😂
