Congratulations and good luck! I do have 1 question though. I know you drink a lot of coffee, does your Dr. say anything about you consuming caffeine while trying to conceive and while pregnant? I was not allowed 31 years ago while pregnant, and now my daughter is told the same thing? Just an observation, I might would start on decaf.
The typical reccomendation in the current day is no more than 200mg caffeine per day for pregnant women. I think sometimes with women who have specific health issues or ivf they may have different reccomendations. I don't remember if Mindy's dr told her she needed to cut caffeine or if it was her own decision but if im not mistaken I believe she either greatly reduced or cut caffeine when trying for Liam.
Most ivf clinics recommend cutting out caffeine before and a few days after transfer. It’s best to drink decaf because less caffeine. If I remember correctly, Mindy’s doctor doesn’t recommend cutting out caffeine.

Could you do an IVF tips and tricks video? Especially for PIO shots. We are doing IVF later this year and the anxiety about injections is getting to me.
Your clinic should give you videos about the injections. I went through ivf and my clinic gave me very helpful videos about each medication, how to draw up, inject, etc.

That’s good! No offense to Mindy but she did some of her injections incorrect and she mentions them in one of her recent videos. I’d fine an ivf doctor that has a youtube channel and see if they have videos about injections/medications, or just ask your clinic for more information.
