The United States section includes Las Vegas the largest city in the US state Nevada, Miami Florida, Area 51, Grand Canyon is located in the US state of Arizona, Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, Christmas Village is located on a plateau on the edge of the Rocky Mountains, some Wild West, another system with moving cars and a spaceport Port Canaveral.

To be honest, the America part is the least beautiful part of MiWuLa. They should rebuild this part in a big way, just like they recreated South America. This part could include a bit of NYC (including a bit of the subway) and New Jersey, the old railroad from Miami to the Key's and a more detailed recreation of the Las Vegas strip.
