I love that's it's a recurring theme that Listener always takes a little convincing to come out of the trance. Even from the start, like they always knew this is where they were meant to be.
The amount of concentration it takes for me to stay awake through these videos so I can actually understand the plot is insane. Hypnosis in Jouskas voice is literally Kryptonite for my narcoleptic brain.
After he read the book, the way he spoke to Listener changed

Then jolt up awake when says wake up
I like to think his nose had been bonked my listener's forehead a few times while doing that, cause listener is so shocked

The chair scraping noise with the surprised "you love me?!" was good editing (I assume it was a sound edited in, idk)

Most audio creators work based off scripts. Jouska does (You can see the scriptwriters in the name of the playlists or the description.) and Otto Audio I'm assuming is just using the same script because its good/popular. Honestly creators using the same script is more common than you'd think :)
