Can we connect these lights just with a fuse tap from dome light fuse for positive and take individual negative from door switch??

I won't recommend these shortcut practices. There are two dome light 3A each, 8 lights installed 1A each giving total 15A of power drawn. In my car power comes from ECM.
If u found particular fuse for dome light then most dome haves fuse rating 10A which is good to give supply max 8A.
