Thank you for this detailed video on this pattern. There are not much videos showing the full tutorial on what to be done. Wish it was interpreted in english though. For the dress when you showed the end result, is it that the waist was a little low and should of been higher? I love the fabric

A thousand thanks! I always try to be super detailed if I can. However, it should be at least an inch higher than where my waist line falls. So yes, I suggest you make a test canvas first. I would like to include at least the subtitles in English, if I can figure out how to do it, maybe it will be easier to follow.

Ciao Greta, grazie mille! Ne sono felice. Si per me le rifiniture anche se sono semplici, devono essere fatte bene tanto quanto quelle complicate. Altrimenti, non sarei una brava maestra😜☺️❤️

This is a great tutorial but I really wish it could be given in English as well. Having said that, I am sure that having watched it through, it will help make sense of the sketchy instructions provided by Butterick. Thank you

hi, thank you very much for the compliments. I'm trying to figure out how to add English subtitles, at least it would be an extra help, I hope to succeed soon. In the meantime, thank you so much and I wish you happy sewing🎊🥰❤️🥰

@@jessica_gallo_dressmaker That would be amazing if you could as a few I have spoken to have all said the instructions provided with the pattern are very brief and unclear and tend to put you off before you start. :-)

I'm just hoping that my Brother 4000 will cope with the thickness of 6 pleats and facing on front skirt section - maybe my walking foot might help.

Yes, I strongly advise you to always use the walking foot for all jersey or stretch fabrics, let me know how it goes even if the video is in Italian, I'm very curious and good sewing🥰
