As Zirconia is quite heavy metal and for full arch to be fixed on 6 lower and 6 upper implants. Due to heavy weight , do we have to compromise on vertical height. I am told that if height is increased it will put pressure on implants and these may fail in due course of time
Please advice

I have fpd on my upper anterior teeth region (2 units of fpd...from 11 to 13 and 21 to 23) due to missing of both my laterals. Now there is midline diastema of 1mm between my centrals.
Can composite be bonded to this zirconia crown so as to close the diastema?

मैंने दाढ़ के दांत पर एक में cap लगवा रखा है जिसमें लगभग एक हेयर लाइन का गैप है जिस वजह से अंदर पानी भी चला जाता है तो डॉक्टर ने मुझे जिरकोनिया कैप लगाने की सलाह दी, बोला कि इसमें हेयर लाइन का भी गैप नहीं आएगा बिल्कुल फिटिंग में होगा ना अंदर पानी जाएगा क्या यह बात सही है?

Enamel hypoplasia condition me enamel me dikkat hoti hai, vo dhang se mineralize nhi hota isliye weak bhi hota hai. Iske liye daat ke upr ek crown lga skte hai better strength aur aesthetic ke liye
