Jai Sri Ramakrishna. I think politians and celebrities should be kept out of spiritual arena. What I mean is, only devotees have special place in Sri Ramakrishna's heart. Sri Ramakrishna never gave any importance to anyone who was not a God lover. You see this shows some kind of advertisements or marketing. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks Jai Sri Ramakrishna

Here the issue is how can we define a Devotee?
Please read the below words of Swamiji which may be helpful.
A rich man had a garden and two gardeners. One of these gardeners was very lazy and did not work; but when the owner came to the garden, the lazy man would get up and fold his arms and say, “How beautiful is the face of my master”, and dance before him. The other gardener would not talk much, but would work hard, and produce all sorts of fruits and vegetables which he would carry on his head to his master who lived a long way off. Of these two gardeners, which would be the more beloved of his master? Shiva is that master, and this world is His garden, and there are two sorts of gardeners here; the one who is lazy, hypocritical, and does nothing, only talking about Shiva’s beautiful eyes and nose and other features; and the other, who is taking care of Shiva’s children, all those that are poor and weak, all animals, and all His creation. Which of these would be the more beloved of Shiva? Certainly he that serves His children. He who wants to serve the father must serve the children first. He who wants to serve Shiva must serve His children - must serve all creatures in this world first. It is said in the Shâstra that those who serve the servants of God are His greatest servants. So you will bear this in mind.

Dr Kiran Bedi being an avid listener of Pravrajika Divyanandaprana’s talks, her visit to Shri Sarada Math, N Delhi was purely for spiritual inspiration and fulfilling a long awaited desire to meet Mataji. Her visit had no political agenda. I being intimately associated with these events can validate this fact.
Sree Ramakrishna is for EVERYONE, be it a God- lover/ no God-lover/ politicians/ Celebrities. When one reaches that stage of accepting everyone in life ( without any demarcation between gold & stone ), one gets the pleasure of unifying oneself with the Lord ---- Sree Ramakrishna by name.
Sorry Sir , I beg to differ from your opinion. There is nothing wrong in Politicians and celebrities meeting spiritual icons like Mata Divyanandaprana. Please note that they are also human living as body , mind complex with localised awareness of universal consciousness. In essence we are all connected as one spiritual entity. Hence you need to clean your tinted vision of seeing events as promotional, marketing. All events are blessed by God. Please prune your mind to view all events in spiritual perspective and it is divine play. You should thank for such confluence rather than criticise it. Swami Vivekanandha travelled overseas and allowed many celebrities to visit him, took photographs with him. Do you think it was done for marketing purpose ? It is all act God and a divine play and celebrities help the good deeds to reach all kinds of people through every possible medium. Learn to appreciate such satsang and listen to mata Divyanandaprana’s lecture with parable of magical tub which was originally taught by Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsar. Hari Om.
Politicians and Celebrities are humans too. they have the same right and eligibility for pursuit of Truth as you and I.

Dear Moksha Jetly, Dr Kiran Bedi, the individual, the spiritual being (not the politician ) has been an audience of Pravrajika Divyanandaprana Mataji ‘s spiritual dispensation since long. So it was only natural for her to visit her and acknowledge her great service towards the youth. Can’t political personalities have spiritual inclinations? And describing an inspired soul as Dr Kiran Bedi as a politician in an ordinary sense, is so unfair. Her exemplary, devoted, service oriented life has been cited as an example in so many of Mataji’s talks. Her visit was truly a meeting of two such shining icons of service and spirituality. It is only natural that they will draw inspiration from each other. Certainly there can be a more positive and cleaner perspective for such beautiful happenings.
