SPM was offered 5 years by the DA if he pled guilty, he refused because he said he was innocent and did not commit the crime he was accused of. He’s said he could have easily plead guilty & taken the 5 and went home in 2.5 years. He took it to trial & got 45 years. The underaged female he impregnated when he was younger she said she was 18 while working at the strip club as a dancer when he was 22 years old. That female isn’t what he’s in prison for. He’s in prison for allegations of oral on a 9 year old that her parents tried extorting him for & he said he ain’t paying em, they can go lie to the police & they did & it’s believable just for the fact of the strip dancer situation. Our justice system doesn’t always get their cases right, I believe he’s innocent. SPM requested for DNA on the child & sheets & the court denied to have that done. 45 years no evidence. FREE SPM !

But chose to take it to trial and was handed 45 years. Denied dna samples, and dna testing on the bed sheets, no concrete evidence of the alleged sexual activity on the little girl. And other girl lied and said she was 18+ working in a strip club.. cause apparently you can lie and get to working at a strip club at 13… took her home and got her pregnant without her even saying she was 13, and why was she in the club in the first place. No one spoke up and said it was a lie, and probably still lying till this day, but hey no one will know the truth about this case unless the girl and or the parents speak up and say the truth. Although this may seem like im attempting to “clear the air” im not, just a little biased on this entire case.

When I was 14, I won front row tickets from the radio station to SPMs concert. My dad was a bouncer at the time and he took my tickets and tore them up.
