I’m not saying cost is unjustified or the FDL3 isn’t worth that price tag. Again, I want one, but context matters. That’s a car payment for some people. So far that’s my only complaint and it’s not insubstantial. Besides that great review!
What drew me to Nerfing is the cost; basic mod upgrades + weapon under $100. I realize the FDL-3 is vastly superior, but it also takes the hobby to a completely different level.
@@jayro8255 My styfe is select fire too? But for on the FDL3 all of the settings are configurable on the fly. Like min spin and max spin. Also fire rate. And how many darts the burst shuld fire. And some more.

It truly an amazing blaster I have number 0028 and I couldn’t be happier . Once you get the speed dialed in it’s a lazar and with the accuracy is amazing !!! Just think of what you would spend on modding and then the price is not an issue .

I can't quite put my finger on it. You know what youre looking st when you see it i guess.Vs the 3 which looks to me like an obese boltgun. Having not seen one in oerson it doesnt look like it has a profie. Its jsut sort of blah.

SPD: 90 ROF: 100 minspn: 420 maxspn: 420 Minspd: 90 Maxspd: 90 Setting 1 is for taking those long ranged shots from downtown. Slightly long spin up at .42 seconds but it’s consistent. 164min, 171 max with only a spread of 7FPS. I’m still tweaking this but so far so good. Setting 2 (primary) 2 round burst (~138cold shot, 149avg.) SPD: 70 ROF: 80 minspn: 250 maxspd: 150 Minspd: 70 Maxspd: 70 Setting 2 is my primary mode because two is better than one in some cases and makes moving targets easier to hit. Very snappy Setting 3 Full auto (149FPS avg.) SPD: 70 ROF: 65 minspn: 250 maxspd: 150 Minspd: 70 Maxspd: 70 Setting 3 is for punching a hole through enemy ranks. Rate of fire gives a decent spread without dumping all your ammo too fast. Also very snappy

I'm curious about the lack of a rev trigger having an effect on velocities. Let's say you're in three round burst- will the first dart be slower than the next two? Also, how much does it drop as you're going full-auto through a 35-round barrel mag? I love it, but those are the quirks I would expect to find.
It’s brushless so their is an insane amount of torque. Dart drop isn’t much of a problem. And it doesn’t need to rev because it is a brushless motor with have nearly instant rev.
I mean I don't really care about the design of the blaster. I really only care for preformance. FYI, people who get this really should start trying to mod by themselves.
A bad ergo can seriously kill a blaster. Also, if one invests the time and resources into getting a blaster, it having an appealing design can allow one to take pride in their work
Project FDL Just to say I hope your FTL 3+ has a massive performance increase like maybe 22 darts Per Half a second and shoots 250 more FPS And if that was the case I would definitely pay $500 when I already have the FDL 2 plus And sorry but I’m not getting the FDL three it’s not that amazing in my Opinion or amazing enough for me to spend money on it OK.

nah man, go UltraSonic. You can make lot of existing flywheel blasters into Brushless setup.
