When I think of Angela Bassett, I think of “What’s Love Got To Do It”, “Waiting To Exhale”, “How Stella Got Her Groove Back” but my favorite film of hers is “Strange Days”, an underrated cinematic masterpiece.

OMG I agree with you !! I can't believe she even mentioned Strange Days ! It has ALWAYS been my favorite film with her and unfortunately MOST people have not seen it. She was an action BadAss in Strange Days! After that I wished she had done more action films. Strange Days was incredible!

John Edwards calm down. Of course they are aging, we are obviously referring to the fact that they are aging gracefully. Many other actresses and actors that are their same age and have more money don’t age as well as they do. It’s ridiculous to say diet doesn’t impact your skin and hair. All I see is Storm(X-Men) when I see her. I see her with white hair, customer and saying those Storm lines perfectly. No idea why it never happened.
That role was/is her, period. I am glad that she is apart of the Marvel cinematic Universe although Fox missed out on the perfect person for that role. But hindsight is always 20/20 and If we are being honest, Storm's role in the XMen series has been grossly mishandled. The X-Men franchise mishandled a lot of those characters but Halle Berry's time as Storm was just tragic. Had a big name Black celebrity with crossover appeal and some huge movies under her belt and you severely under-utilize her character and gave her the worst/least lines. Again, tragic. Marvel is making up for this though Thank GOD but we viewers should have had Angela Bassett as Storm, period.
@@drewyork384 That has been the conversation ever since the first X-Men movie. X-Men could have and should have been a stronger franchise than the Avengers, but they ruined it by casting Halle. They made a lot of money, but lost a lot of the true fans. They didn't realize Storm was such a fan favorite that they didn't need a big name to play her, just the right person.

Angela Bassett is one of my favorite actresses, she kills every role she plays, above all she appears to be grounded and humble.
You know she is a great actress when I balled my eyes out in “What’s Love Got To Do With It” when she was running from Ike in that limo and almost got hit by that car and ran inside that hotel all bloody. Talk about chills.
