Credits if already have ? I dont think any of the tier 8 lights are that good apart fae the AMX Defender, thats class. Ps when using the LT always move, never stay still, and reap those bounces in, its great if you know how. 1800 is definitely enough for a light tank.

I Think you have to play at least one battle per day to open the daily present.
its one battle at least. then the gift appears in your storage.
